♊️ Arc One: One Year On... ♊️
░▒▓ ♈ STORY
It has been a long, dark year since Grover's armies wiped Camps Half-Blood and Jupiter off of the map. However, a year has also passed since the forming of Camp Gemini (as both events happened pretty much on the same day) and the Camp Administration are trying hard to raise morale around the Camp. For with each new batch of Demigods and former alumni brought into Camp Gemini's fold, a violent and disturbing unease settles across the camp.
Grover's Army has not been seen in one whole year and whilst to some that might be a good thing, others are well aware that this might mean that the Lord of Nature is gathering his strength and waiting for his opportunity to strike. The Greeks and Romans are already very tense and in disagreement about how to deal with the "Grover Problem". The Greeks call for quests and the pursuit of answers whilst the Romans say that Military Action is the only means to push back the horde. The Camp Administration was at a loss and to quell these feelings and passions decided it was best to hold some sort of event to celebrate the Camp's success. To remember those who sacrificed themselves in order to make it happen. They proposed that a Game should be held in which teams of both Roman and Greek should compete.
The Game they chose was Capture the Flag and Chiron and the Praetors intend to announce it today of all days, the anniversary of Grover's defeat, and hopefully it should put the people at ease. Or atleast give them reason to smile for the day...
░▒▓ ♈ OBJECTIVE
The objective of this event is not only to have fun but to set the stage for the rest of the Guild Plot. We want to show off the great amount of potential in terms of the Guild's Plotting but also in terms of you guys. You guys, as role-players, are awesome and the characters that you have made are amazing. So, we want to show you off. It's going to be like a meet and greet, an introduction to you and your characters whilst we set the stage for greater heights in terms of story.
So please, let's do this. Let's show off and party like it's 1999!
░▒▓ ♈ OTHER NOTES
- No one save the Praetors and Chiron are aware that the Capture the Flag event is going to take place. However, all Campers are aware something is about to go down. They can feel it.
- Perform well and you may be surprised what happens down the line for you. wink
