Biography: Ciel grew up in a middle class family and when she was 3 years old her parents decided to move to japan to manage a shrine that an old friend left behind for them in his will. She grew up in Japan most her life, learning the language and the culture. When she turned 18, she decided she'd go to America to become a lawyer. Her mother, as a goodbye gift, gave her a necklace that was left behind with the shrine and she's been wearing it ever since.
Two years later, she's now 20 years old, and on a walk home from her last class of Psychology before her exam, she noticed she was being followed. She was murdered that night and what felt like years later, woke up in a body that was not her own.
