About you:
Kyu is a new transfer student to Kuoh academy from a very far place but he is also a good martial artist as well he always liked competing in martial arts tournaments when he gets the chance as he just won his 5th tournament before moving. He has always been on the move since fighting in tournaments but now he decided that he needed to get more schooling in as well as he heard good things about this academy but also still trains in the martial arts as well. Kyu has always grown up to be a good fighter and somewhat of a good leader since he got it from his mother and father and never really liked trying to get into trouble until he took up martial arts but without getting any studies in he can't go and do what he has been wanting to do and that is open up his own training facility and teach others to be skilled as he is in martial arts and represent which is why he is here now.

About you:

Normal Human Abilities:
-Mixed Martial Arts: Just a mixture of combat skills he knows and learned when competing in tournaments.
-Water Dragon Fist: Picked up from his father as a kid and began to use it as a skill for him to fight in elemental tournaments as he only competed in one of them.
-Dragon Heel Kick: A regular heel kick but with the aura of a dragon that forms around his kick making his kicks a little more lethal that way.
-Dragon's Breath: A little ability that takes his aura and helps him to heal up a bit, not alot, but to keep him from getting to much of a life threatening death. (Only usable once though has to have a couple days rest before able to use again.)
-Hero's will: A technique he uses to help him make his physical combat skills more powerful and not rely on his aura techniques. Just make's him a little more stronger.
When he discovers that he has his sacred gear these will be his skills with the sacred gear. As far as finding out the blue dragon armor gauntlets start out as a blue bead that forms in both hands before learning the dragon gauntlet ability.
Sacred Gear Abilities:
Dragon Gauntlets: First basic way that his armor starts out same as Issei but difference is he has armor on both hands and already at full potential once used and has the power to hold them.
Downgrade: Able to weaken his opponent by a touch with his blue dragon armor hands and absorb energy into his dragon gauntlets
Upgrade: Able to take the energy that he absorbed with his Downgrade ability to upgrade his armor and make him faster and stronger and more complicated to hit.
Dragon's Will: Able to form most of the dragon's armor and have the ability to forsee future strikes before they come at him only if it is timed right though. (Can only be used twice per form and takes alot of his energy up to use it have to have a days rest to use it once again)
Blue Dragon Drive: Transforms into the full appearance of the dragon armor looks just like the red and white dragons armor but a little more equal to both sets of armor even if they go into juggernaut drive
