So my idea here was to get a third person involved as a detective who's been working Patricia's case, always one step behind her? Or perhaps someone who's looking for revenge because she did something to someone they care about? I just feel like we're in need of a detective-type character, someone who's on the side of justice. e.e

I was thinking something similar some days ago since I was wondering if I should incorporate her involvement with a man she got hung up on for a while after the whole husband debacle. Basically it would just be she got involved with him and while he wasn't so innocent either he's now dead/missing/whatever and he was a well-liked Catholic priest and she's suspect numero uno from witness testimonies.

Okay, so it's like she messed up somewhere along the lines and that made her prime suspect. We could have it where his hate for her after what she'd done to her was so strong, it manifested some bad vibes that allowed him to continue living- which could make sense if you think about the supernatural vibes "cia" gives off. So it'd be like, we double up at some point in the rp or find some others who are willing to do a horror rp as a detective or a character who's getting revenge. (this is starting to sound like an episode of Supernatural...)

I'm all for getting anyone else involved if we find someone willing, but if not yeah we could double up.

Awesome, how should we go about advertising this? Within the guild? Or shall we invite others into the guild?

Adidas_Coffee Awesome, how should we go about advertising this? Within the guild? Or shall we invite others into the guild? Maybe advertise within first, see if any existing members are interested. If no one bites then I'd say invite outside members to join if interested. I'd say do both at the same time but that might get confusing if the roles get filled either way and we get more offers than we have use for.

PonderingPenguin Hello Bleeding Art I am the person she is speaking about. So you guys wanted a detective? Yes! Hello there. It would be something along the lines of the priest, Endrance, has either hired the detective or has gone to the police with sufficient evidence against Patricia under the guise he was a victim to her malicious charm and seduced/coerced in to commit his own crime which he has already paid some price for. They would know Patricia has murdered at least a couple hundred men though no bodies were ever found. They would also know she does it to feed her cannibalistic tendencies. They would be seeking her out either to kill her or put her away forever, whether in prison or a mental institution. Endrance would be tagging along supposedly to help track her down as he knows her quite well. His real reason for going, well. Anything else? Maybe it could be like an atypical horror movie where it starts off they're hunting Patricia but, say, way down the road when all's said and done the detective ends up having to save/protect Rune from the two scary peoples? I'm just throwing ideas out there.

Also I was thinking the detective is new to his job which is why he doesn't figure Endrance darker motives and isn't too expensive.

A fairly green detective would be a good idea since that'd probably be the kind Endrance would hire. Too professional and they'd ask five questions too many.

Usually when you refer to someone as "green" regarding their job it means they're new and haven't gotten the full grasp of everything yet.

Um should I start making the character? Or is there anything else that is essential for the detective?
