Hobbies:
Cosplay ~ Jo is a geek, no way around it even if she wanted to, and thoroughly enjoys cosplaying as her favorite characters when she gets the chance. She will go to conventions, go to costume parties, randomly dress up as home, or if the costume is 'normal' enough she will even dress up and just walk around outside normally.

Building Computers ~ She tends to take a while to build them, as it takes money to buy the parts, but she enjoys it and will start a new one every time one is finished and either given to someone or sold. This is something she gets to do with her sister, Honor as they both enjoy it, so they tend to use it as a bonding experience.

Plays the piano ~ When her brother was taking up the violin, she got interested in the piano. It started with just being able to play some songs but it grew to the point where her and her brother would occasionally preform duets for their family. She loves to play as it is relaxing and a good way to express emotions when you don't have the words for what you are feeling.


Virtues:
Fair ~ Joanna prefers to look on all sides of the equation, all sides of the argument, and then make up her mind about what ever it is. To her the punishment has to fit the crime basically and she is not afraid to stand up for this. Of course what she believes to be fair can be very biased in opinion so it can easily end up not being as 'fair' as people expect.

Charming ~ She has a way with words and actions that tend to try and draw people to her and Joanna ends up collecting friends, both true and fake, easily because of this. This is something she has built up over the years to the point where, while it is half truly her, it is also half her acting. If she decides that a person is important in some way, maybe as a potential friend or as a boss, she will turn it up to make sure they get the best impression possible of her.

Playful ~ All work and no play leads to a dull life is just the sort of motto Joanna lives by. She will flirt with just about anyone in a none serious way usually though she isn't against something coming out of it at times. She might go out of her way to toss in some jokes to make sure everyone is having a good time, or possibly pull people into games for the same reason. Parties are another thing she adores because who doesn't like a good party where everyone should be having a good time?


Flaws:
Obsessive ~ If something catches her interest and stays interesting then it very easily becomes an obsession for her. People, activities, ideas, it doesn't matter just what it is that catches her eye. For people she will tend to try to be their friend, for activities she will me a lot more inclined to do them at any point of the day, ideas can be just as bad at times and you should never ask to see her space collection.

Adrenalin junkie ~ Something she has in common with her brother is her need to get the blood pumping and her heart racing. She has little concern about jumping into dangerous situations, even her own safety at times will become a second thought when she is focused on that surge and the feelings she could get out of it.

Sassy ~ Mixed into her charming nature, Jo has a lot of sass. It can slip out randomly at any time if she has am opinion on something that should clearly be shared right then and there. Friends and people she is trying to impress she will sass at in a friendly way but if she doesn't deem them 'important' or is someone she doesn't like? Prepare for sass attacks, ranging from mild to dripping with not so hidden disdain. This sometimes pops the charming bubble she has for some people and can reverse something she had been working on building.

Attacks:

Sailor Scout Attack: Impossible Boost!
With a laugh Kobayashi makes a 'gun' with her hand and 'shoots' her target. The target gains a temporary blue mark on their body in the shape of Kobayashi's symbol and their natural abilities are boosted. A first stage would have the speed and strength as a second stage while a second stage would have the same as a third. A third stage or fourth stage would get even farther boosts, a third stage would have a x1.5 boost beyond their normal strength/speed at that stage, while a fourth stage would temporarily be have no equal on terms of speed or strength even if their are other fourths. She can use this on herself.
Range: Ten feet away from her in all directions that she can point.
Times it can be cast: Three times, holds for 20 seconds
Weakness: She has to actually have the target in her line of sight for it to work. The 'shot' can be intercepted and someone not meant for the boost can get it. It does not power up magical attacks in anyway, nor does it help with weapons.

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Inconceivable Boost!
Kobayashi makes the same 'gun' motion as her previous attack only this time it 'shoots' out a blue and gold thin beam to hit the target. A blue and gold symbol appears on the target as their abilities are boosted. This time however they get a magical boost as well. Senshi get an extra time to attack for either their basic or super attack, Knights get an added 15 seconds to their magic pool but it will only activate after their normal magic pool has run out and stopped, and so on. She can use this on herself but it only gives her the physical boost, not the magical.
Range: Twenty feet in all directions she can point.
Times it can be cast: Two times, holds for 30 seconds
Weakness: It can still be intersected by someone fast enough and she still much have the person in sight.

Eternal Sailor Attack: Futile Resistance!
Kobayashi holds her hand up over her head then slashes it down in front of her in the direction of the target. The target is then hit with a blue wave and gains a gold symbol on their body which is the visual confirmation the magic is working. The target's resistance to magic and physical attacks is cut by a percentage depending on their rank in power causing them to take more damage. First stage has their resistance cut by 50%, second by 25%, third by 15%, and fourth is cut by 8%.
Range: Twenty feet in front of her.
Times it can be cast: One time, holds for 40 seconds
Weakness: It can be dodged, and she MUST have LOS to use it on someone. This does nothing to the targets offense, only do their defense.

Hey natsuko!! Unfortunately Honor is too old to become a senshi--she was 18 in 2011 when I created her and first RPed her, making her 23 now. Senshi can be 20 at the oldest on first awakening sad Kobayashi is a great concept though and I hope to see it again with a civ in the right age range!

Hey Natsuko sweetie, congrats on Kobayashi!

I have a question though before I can get you a stamp, I noticed the attacks give boosts to her targets, however I've noticed that it's not mentioned what sort of boost someone at third stage would get (also the few fourths we have).

If you need any help for ideas on how to fix this feel free to quote me back I'm more than happy to help dear; otherwise just let me know when she's all fixed up.

Hey, Natsuko!

Thanks for your patience while we got to this! This is a really neat profile! I have only one thing I want to go over before I can drop a stamp! For her super attack, it mentions that she can restore a magical boost, but I have a few questions to address specific concerns!

For example, most Eternal senshi get one powerful attack to use at eternal stage (but still have access to basic/super attack); I think this may be too powerful if she can restore a full eternal attack (or even a Royal attack!). Would it be possible to amend this so that it can only restore a basic or super attack to ensure that no one is receiving another very powerful magic attack?

For the Knight part of that attack, my concern is more focused on Knights who have the ability to totally immobilize an opponent for up to fifteen seconds. Because of our rule in the shop, a character cannot be totally helpless/open to attack for more than fifteen seconds (since at that point it is too easy to cause permanent/lethal damage when the character cannot defend themselves). To avoid a situation that would allow someone to totally immobilize another person for more than fifteen seconds, I'd like to recommend that she can restore fifteen seconds after the energy is depleted and shuts off. This would mean, they could use the full fifteen seconds of their permanently immobilizing magic and their pool would automatically shut off. However, because she gave them an additional/reserve fifteen seconds, the Knights could then just reuse their magic. (Long story short, in the event that a Knight's magic is meant to immobilize for the full fifteen seconds, rather than boost this to 30 seconds, they would get two different pools of energy to use and would only have access to one once the first one ran out).

I realize this might be confusing (I am sorry for wording it poorly!) so if you have any questions or concerns (or make any changes), please quote me and I'll be back as soon as possible!

That's a great idea for the Knight limitation, I'll make a note that for them she may hit them with it but it wont effect them until they already ran out and their magic stopped ouob
