Cooking:
What can she say? Something about being born and raised in a New Orleans Creole family gave Evie the cooking bug somethin’ fierce. She loved, when she was little, to stand on her mama’s feet and help out with whatever was brewing on the stovetop, and that’s carried on well in to her teenage years. The only difference is, with her mother passed on, she cooks for the entire family. A lot of people might see this as a necessity, but for Evie, cooking provides a relief of stress that she doesn’t oft find otherwise. After all, hobbies are hard when you have three brothers to look after!

Ragtime Piano: This one developed only a few short years ago. She was at an old piano store, found the sheet music, and started fiddling along with a simpler melody. Ever since, ragtime piano has fascinated the young woman, and she takes to it whenever she can. True, she’s not good enough for gigs yet, or even really all that good at it, but who said you had to be great? You don’t have to play well to enjoy something.

Film: Her papa had a thing for old films, and used to sit her down on his lap to play the mystery and slasher flicks for his little girl. Evie fell in love with the old movies. The grainy screen, the use of shadow and light, the way things were accentuated...and that was what led her to approach Film as a hobby, rather than just an interest. She actively watches old movies and shows to get ideas for her own activities, and it’s rare to see her without a camera in hand.

Virtues:
"Here we go Now!" || Energertic
Evie is one of the most upbeat women you will ever meet. She's good to go, even on the coldest of mornings, up at the crack of dawn, and quick to get to work. There's always a smile ready on her face, and she is always buzzing around, finding things that she /can/ do to assist fellow students. This energy transcends to many parts of her life. From being up on time, to making sure she's always busy, it fuels her, making her a very productive person. It can get to be a bit excess, however, as it can tend to be a bit of an overreach. Sometimes, she puts too much of herself into things, and this can tire her out, making her anxious and uneasy. This will bring her to pester someone in authority, asking them about what she can do next, or how she can fix mistakes. It's a gift, this brightness, but she's still trying to learn how to keep it in check.

"Come to me!" || Altruistic
Evangeline is also always ready to lend a helping hand. Her love for life, and for her friends, is evident in everything she does. There's rarely a harsh word to fall from those lips, and even when she gets angry, she's cautious not to get too crude. She's the first person to step up and offer her help to those in need. Her heart goes out to them, and she'll give every bit of herself to ensure that they are safe and happy. This extends to any life. Children, animals, people, all of them are within her range of care. She likes to be able to make someone smile, the light it brings to their face bringing that ready smile to her own. Even if her mind is constantly distracted, or working, she's the first to offer a hug, or a shoulder to cry on for even the most brutish of people. She wants nothing more than the happiness of others!

"So little Time." || Productive
With her energy and warmth comes a feeling of need to be active. She's consistently making sure her hands are busy with something, be it a simple task, or one that takes her hours to complete. Even when she's buried deep in a book, Evie's well known for being the sort to go to if you need anything done. She loves busy work, a way to keep her from having any idle time to over-think things, which is something she's never been fond of. She's usually seen wandering a bit aimlessly, sometimes pausing to talk to people, but even in that, her hands always have something clutched within them, twisting and turning it about, even as she concentrates or speaks to another.

Flaws:
"...Who do you think you are?" || Suspicious
While Evie might enjoy having people around her, and be more warm than some people might otherwise be, until she gets to know you...you're not likely to get much out of her. Intrinsically, this girl is the sort to keep people she doesn't know well at bay. To be completely honest, it's why she watches her classmates, and schoolmates like a hawk. True, she will show them a good face, a bright smile and eager attitude, but behind it is a very calculating mind. She knows that there's much more to people than meets the eye! It takes a driven person to get past her suspicions, and she's learned, over her time in public school, that she needs to act nice, to know more...and so Evie lives her life. Ever watchful.

"Watch Yourself!" || Aggressive
When Evie gets passionate about things, such as her sleuthing or the books she's taken to, it brings out a side of her that....well, you can kind of see why she has a bit of a trouble making friends. Once you've seen behind her normal, peppy, friendly state, it's obvious that Evangeline can get aggressive when she's honestly passionate about things. Her entire being becomes tense and it's not uncommon for her to get to the point of louder, verbal violence. Especially if you insult her, or her interests. Her entire life thus far has been put into studying enough that she could become a great detective, after all! It's obvious that she holds so much in, with her normally sweet nature, yet even the strongest stone has its breaking point. Evie has been known in the past to throw a punch, and occasionally, something more dangerous, if she's offended or pushed past a certain point. In her first few years in High School, this was a serious problem, since she was quick to turn from passion to anger, but time has tempered her into someone more sure of herself.

"So much to See" || Obsessive
There is a lot to the world around her, and with her suspicious nature, Evie's close eye on things often leaves her in a state. She won't leave something alone, if she thinks she might be able to figure it out. Not knowing is a detriment to her, and she'll follow things about until she at last gets a satisfactory answer, even if this means bothering people! She's driven her teachers to irritation before, constantly asking questions until she's satisfied, and even her friends can find it a bit much, since the girl doesn't really have an off switch, or filter.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Eyes: She’s got soft, wide eyes with long lashes that sit well in her face. They’re almost the color of jade, or so she’s been told, always accented by a slight line of liner, just enough to make them POP, or so she says.

Clothes:
Oh, the styles of the olden days! When not in a school uniform, you can usually find Evie dressed in old styles from the Thirties through the Fifties! While she’s not much one for muted colors, there are shades of red, brown, and black that thread through all of her wardrobe, and it’s honestly rare to see her venture outside her range of comfort. Though....she’ll admit that maybe jeans are nice on occasion.

Senshi: Sailor Baton Rouge, Senshi of Sleuthing

Challenge:
“I can find out your weakness!"

Fuku Colour: White, with red and black

Fuku: White bodice, with a red collar, red and black skirt with a crinoline petticoat underneath, and a red sash about the waist. A pair of black gloves adorn her hands, and her ever-elegant sense of style is revealed in her wide brim red hat, and long black earrings. A black collar adorns her neck, along with a black bow at her breast, marked by a red broach. Even her shoes are the same colors, black, with red buckles!

Attacks:
Sailor Scout Attack: Baton Rouge Sleuth!
With her right hand, she moves her fingers to rest over her eye in the shape of a monacle. It may look a bit strange, but she calls out the name of the attack, and it allows her to idly spot the enemy’s shifts in movement to predict attacks. It's only to help predict movements. Small shifts of the body to give her more of an idea, but she'd have no way of knowing JUST what would be coming. With this attack, Baton Rouge can only focus on ONE TARGET at a time.
If her hand were to be knocked from her eye, the attack would be cancelled.
This attack can only be used twice per battle, with a duration of 20 seconds.
Range: 6ft

Super Sailor Scout Attack: Baton Rouge Detection!
This is simply a stronger version of the prior attack. Lithe fingers move to make a circle around both eyes, staring forwards at her target as she calls out the name of her attack. It allows her to spot the enemy’s shift in movement and predict attacks.
As with the prior, it only helps her to spot shifts in movement to predict location, and possibly direction. She can detect up to TWO targets at this stage.
If her hands were to be removed from the eyes, the attack would be interrupted.
This attack can be used 3 times per battle, with a duration of 30 seconds.
Range: 13ft

Eternal Sailor Attack: Baton Rouge Seeker!
Sending both of her hands out to either side, with a cry of the attack’s name. A spray of mist surrounds her, and it allows her to see a target’s weak points. This can vary depending on what is currently an issue for the person, between cricks, small injuries, etc. This primarily targets obvious weaknesses, and it's difficult for Evangeline to remember the point of attack after her power has been utilized (during the cool-down phase).
This attack lasts for 30 seconds, and can be used three times
Range: 19ft

Hello -_Wish of Tevarae_-!
Congratulations on winning your first character at in the shop! Everyone is so glad to see her going to a wonderful home and even happier to have you joining us! On a personal note, I am from Baton Rouge so I have to smile everytime I see her name pop up!

Anyway! Let's get her stamped!

Evangeline civilian side looks wonderful! I can just picture her cooking up a storm or searching out answers to all the little questions! She should be a fun one to play!

For her senshi side, your attacks look good. I just want to clarify a couple of things on each one. Better to ask than assume!

Her base attack, is this just giving her a more knee sense to see things like body twitches or hand movements? I ask because sadly, we cannot allow foreseeing the future or 100% accuracy in her predicting. It CAN, of course, help her predict movements. A possibility could be 'it allows her to idly spot the slight shifts shifts in movement to help predict the next move but it does not show her what that move will be. It is still up to Sailor Baton Rouge to guess what will come."
Also, should she drop her hand from her eye, would that cancel the attack?
Would this also only work on one target or anyone she cast her gaze on?

Her super would need to consider the above if you please!
With the super, while it is an upgrade of the basic attack, usage and time allowed are normally only a slight change. An easy way to think about it is as the strength of the attack increases, it takes more energy for the senshi to use it. Thus she/he could either only be able to use it a short amount of time but more times or use it more often but for shorter time periods. Would you be open to instead of having 4 uses for 40, 3 uses for 30seconds each?

The concept for her eternal is lovely! A good sleuth is always looking out for weaknesses of others! Just a quick clarification! The mist allows her to only see a physical weak point on their body? Say, if you attacked me you would see that I have really bad ankles. (I roll them all the time...>.<) We aren't looking into someone's mind correct?
One time length, if you would consider coming down to about 30 seconds, I think the usage would be fine!

So sorry for the wordiness! I really do think she is a fantastic addition to the shop just as I know you will be!

Once you have gone over the above and made any changes, have questions, or just need to poke me, please quote me and I'll give her another look over!

Again, WELCOME! <3

Edit to Base:
It's only to help predict movements. Small shifts of the body to give her more of an idea, but she'd have no way of knowing JUST what would be coming. With this attack, Baton Rouge can only focus on ONE TARGET at a time.
If her hand were to be knocked from her eye, the attack would be cancelled.

Edit to Super:
As with the prior, it only helps her to spot shifts in movement to predict location, and possibly direction. She can detect up to TWO targets at this stage.
If her hands were to be removed from the eyes, the attack would be interrupted.

Edit for Eternal:
Physical weaknesses. This primarily targets obvious physical weaknesses.
This attack lasts for 30 seconds, and can be used three times

Wordiness is perfectly fine! Thank you so much for the help with the attacks! To be quite honest, I'm not so great with that part of Senshi creation, so the extra help is always welcome!

They've been addressed, and if there's anything else you want touched on, lemme know!

Hey Wish!
Those changes look great but reviewing them, I realized I forgot to mention to you one detail for all of them: Range! I do apologize >.<

Each of the attacks will need a range for which they are used. Since her attacks focus on areas that are visible to her, thus in front of her, you can go with a bit more distance than some. Such as, for her Base attack, she could see a target around 5ft to 10ft directly in front of her. Super up to 12ft to 15ft. And Eternal, closer to 20ft.

Such larger ranges are possible because her attacks focus in one direction. If she was attacking all sides or an AoE, it would come down and be a radius from her.

Again, I apologize for missing that before!

Give me a quote and I'll look her over again!

Hey, Wish!

I am really happy to see this cute senshi up for stamping! I think everything looks great but I'd love to ask a little more information for her eternal attack and do a small proposal! In some cases it might be gamebreaky for her to see someone's physical weakness, and once she learns it in one battle she might know that in all future battles (for example, if a target has a weak ankle she would know to just keep attacking that all the item). Rather than just focusing on their physical weakness, maybe it would also allow her to target things that are more than just obvious—for example, if the target was stabbed in the side and was still tender, her attack might allow her to see that there was a weakness there, or if they hadn't slept well and had back pains from their bed she could see that their back was weak?

This would give players more freedom in what they could choose to let her see and would give her more options as to what she sees with her magic. I would propose adding that instead of just 'obvious' physical weakness, it could also show her things she might not obviously see—such as weaknesses beneath clothes, fresh injuries, sore points, healing injuries, etc—and what her magic shows could be up to the player (since they are the ones who will have to write back what she sees after using her magic!). Please let me know if that is something that would work for you and quote me if you have any questions or make any changes and I'll be back as soon as possible!

Okay, so I looked over the proposed changes, and I can see where you're coming from! I THINK I've adressed the crit? I'm not entirely sure that my phrasing works? I'm not as apt at wording, but XD
