Past:
Kent wasn't always of a humanoid appearance. Originally, he was the sentient dream of an ancient Buddhist and traveled among other dreams. After centuries, this specific dream molded into a smoke spirit and took on the name of Kent Lewis in America. Kent was born as a powerful and courageous person who joined the police force to help those who can't help themselves. Many years on the force in, by his choice, one of the most dangerous cities earned him a spot as Chief of Police for his years of beyond excellent service and capability. Kent has had a long history and plans to keep that going for plenty of time to come. In the mean time, he only wishes to keep the Mafia, Yakuza, and any other criminals in line while having the city at peace.

"Harsh Breath"
~Kent surrounds the area around himself with a puff of tar-filled, dirty smoke that greatly reduces visibility and, if breathed, reduces physical and mental strength/awareness. Those pure of heart can't be effected by the smoke if breathed. Wind-based moves can completely remove this ability BUT not Kent who produces the smoke.Harsh Breath has a light ability to be controlled and moved but not in strong manipulative ways.
"Smoking Gun"
~Any device that was meant to fire a projectile can be used by Kent to fire condensed particles of smoke. Though briefly disperses after landing, hitting one's working bloodstream can weaken the individual mentally/physically by a minuscule amount with each attack successfully landing. After a certain number of attacks, depending on the individual, will find themselves too strained physically/mentally to continue fighting or resisting.
"A Dark Home"
~Around or in his smoke is the best place for Kent to be fighting in. If the smoke is thick and wide-covering enough, he gains the ability to freely move in the dirty clouds along with having his physical/smoke form greatly improved in strength. When in smoke, Kent can be easily pushed away with strong enough wind-like moves.
