Abilities:
Calming Presence
His demonic aura can make people feel safe and comfortable. It has more influence on those weaker than him (ex. humans). It has no effect on gods or androids.

Demonic Suggestion
Simon can make a vocal suggestion and influence a person to bend to his will. He has to do this on purpose, and this power is different than him normally speaking. Like his Calming Presence, this power will have less effect on more powerful beings and more effect on weaker one. It has no effect on gods or androids.

Soul Consumption
As an incubus, doing things like kissing allows Simon to devour a part of a persons life force. Though kissing won't make much of a difference to the person losing their life essence, if it is prolonged after a long period of time, they will notice. It could make them ill, decrease their stamina, weaken their powers, etc. Doing something beyond a PG-13 nature, that would have different effects. Right away, it could make the person ill, and even cause death.

Personality: Simon is not one to have a short fuse, though some things tend to get a rise out of him more so than others. He has zero patience for students crossing student-counselor boundaries, or any one getting into physical fights at school. When in those situations, he will take action, whether it be a strong lecture or reporting them to the headmaster. Even so, he tries to understand why a student would act that way. He is, after all, supposed to be someone who they can go to. Whether it be in or out of his office, Simon tries to maintain a calm demeanor. He does take his job seriously even though he doesn't always know what the right thing to do really is.

History: As a teen, Simon had difficulty accepting the person he was. Growing up blending in a human world, he felt painted as a predator. Truthfully enough, he is, and that was a hard pill for him to swallow. Though it is still largely a difficult issue for Simon, he tries to be a good person. This is the main reason why he wants to help people by being a counselor. He has a particularly soft spot for children and humans, but he tries to be kind to everyone. Of course, Simon is not perfect. He slips and manipulates people sometimes, trying to fix their problems. This is not ideal for a counselor, but he's not aware how badly things can end up with this kind of interference.

Extra: He's bad at flirting and relies heavily on his demonic charm. This is mostly due to a guilty conscience. Similarly, he easily gets embarrassed when people try to flirt with him.
