On the subject of creating a character there is a status bar to fill.
Year 1 Students may Not have a 10/10 power
Year 1 Students may only have two 9/10 powers and any others may be 7-8/10
Year 2 Students may have 3 10/10 power
Year 2 Students are allowed to have 2 additional 8-9/10 powers.
But not all of the powers
Year 3 Students may have 3 10/10 powers
Year 3 Students may also have an additional power that ranks up to 13/10
Year 3 Students may also have the rest of their status bar be up to 10/10
Year 4 Students may have 2 power ranks of 15/10.
Year 4 Stdents may also have 1 rank of 11-14/10
Year 4 Students may also have the rest of the ranks max at 10/10
Students max power reach is 15/10. After this amount they are eligible to replace a teacher to gain any status bar to max between 15-20/10
Students at any year may challenge another students power to gain status points, graduate to the next year, as well as replace a teachers position.
Notice: If any student/teacher/Faculty member looses a challenge they then must start again in the winners original placing.
Example: Teacher A is challenged by a 4th year student B. Student B wins the official fight and may now teach Teacher A's class as well as win 1/4th of one status bar. Student B decides they want the winnings of teacher A's intelligence. Student B's intelligence bar was 15/10 + 1/5 or Teacher A's bar 20/10, Teacher A's bar is now down to 16/10 and Student B's bar max's out at 19/10.
Example 2:
Year 1 Student A challenges Year 3 Student B. Student B looses to Student A. Student A does not want to move up a grade but just collect 1/5 of student B's status bar for strength. This is acceptable. Only now Student B is a lower scoring student and more susceptible to be challenged by other students so is recommended to challenge students in the same grade or lower to gain points back.
