Occasionally there are pictures of marble satues hanging around Nora's bed. The room is usually fairly clean unless Nora has assignments due, then her desk is a horrible mess.

Ah, I think I freaked her out, Ade thought. It wasn't that hard to figure out -- the girl was very capable of distinguishing nervous laughs from genuine ones. I mean, after being such an awesome investigative journalist for so many years, people tended to become quite skittish when she turned up. But having a roommate tip-toeing around the room, hiding any incriminating evidence, didn't really sound like a jolly time to Adelaide. Actually, it gave her flashbacks to last year's rooming situation. And I mean, it wasn't so bad to have the double room to herself, but sometimes a little company would've been nice, ya know? So Ade swallowed the comment about how following in her mom's shoes and what-not before it even reached her tongue, instead opting to nod in agreement to her new roomie's suggestion to leave. "Yeah, it’s kind of…lamer than usual.” There was a disappointing lack of…anything that could fuel even the mildest of rumors.
Heading back to the dorm, Adelaide tried her darnest not to creep her roomie out. School, upcoming events, and those two creepy kids sleeping under a tree over there – those were acceptable topics. The family business (that she shouldn’t even know about) was not. Back in their dorm, which was decorated with a near-symmetric placement of green, white, and beige furnishings, Ade was tempted to nag her new roomie to get a look at the famous statue pictures. Alright, so maybe the statue thing is only famous to Ade, but can you blame her? It’s cool to meet someone you’ve only read about on paper and watched on a screen. Wait, that’s just creepy.
In any case, she decided against harassing Nora and went on to play her handheld gaming device for five hours straight. Ah, she had the sound off and brightness at its lowest setting, of course. She figured other people might like to sleep, even if she’s not such a big fan. Well…at night. And that brings us to the present time. To sunlight and bird cheeps and whatever else was going on outside. People walking through the halls, chatting it up with friends. People running across campus, trying to make it to their first class. All things that Adelaide couldn’t stand first thing in the morning. With a groan and a moan, she rolled over in bed, flopping an extra pillow over her head to block out the light. Were classes really necessary? Couldn’t you just learn from the book, anyways? To be honest, Ade hadn’t even glanced at her schedule. She just hoped and prayed that she didn’t have any morning classes. She’d never make it.
Nora was glad when Adelaide agreed that they should return to their dorm after all with the lack of abs in this place Nora felt bored, how she could find any good model like bodies to take pictures of in this place, Nora was very disappointed with the meet and greet to say the least. Of course topics popped up that Nora was glad did not involve her family business, mainly due to the fact the mere thought of it made her hear her mother's nagging tone telling her what she should be doing with her life, it was not like if she did not take up the family business the entire world would go out of balance, it just meant that Nora would get left behind and her mother probably would go try to pass the family business onto her potential future siblings, not to mention Nora really did not like the whole deal about not knowing whom her dad was while a lot of other people her age knew that info.
Upon finally returning to the dorm Nora let out a heavy sigh never so glad to see a bed as her heels were killing her falling onto the bed after kicking her heels off Nora quickly crashed, not even bothering to change out of her dress, the lack of abs and fine statues had probably killed her will power to stay away, tomorrow she'd put up her photos, mainly since Adelaide knew, which meant there was no point in keeping them locked away in a box when they could be free and stuck on a wall for all to enjoy, mainly Nora, but needless to say tomorrow was a new day, and right now Nora was already sleeping on her bed dreaming soundly of abs and the day statues would stop being so still and some cheesy passionate romance between her and said statues.
Nora sat up with a groan as she looked around the room, seeing Adelaide try her best to stay asleep Nora felt as a fellow hater of the mornings she should respect the girl's wish and let sleeping people sleep, not to mention Nora would feel like a real jerk if Adelaide did not have morning classes. Slowly making her way to the washroom Nora prepared for the day ahead of her, the only real class she was looking forward to was her art history, though creative writing was another one she had picked, mainly since she made a joke of how she could be an author to her mother, whom was paying for her schooling, though she had no clue as to how killing people equaled cash she feared the answers to that question and merely let the woman pick most of her courses so she could still avoid the family business. The thought of some of her courses made her groan at the thought, but she had to suck it up and deal with it. Throwing her textbooks into her bag she sighed as quietly as she could and made sure not to cause too much noise for her roommate who was clearly not a morning person, plus she did not want to tick off Adelaide on day one, that would be bad.
Tying her black boots she then put a black beanie onto her head with a pair of pink looking shades on top just encase she needed to drive her moped to some class to avoid being late. She was ready to go as she grabbed her dorm key and threw it into her bag as well as her cellphone, noticing the sheer ammount of calls from her mother she cringed a little. She then saluted the potentially sleeping Adelaide before stepping out of the room to go off to class.
