ฬhat better way to get into the Holidays than to bring everyone together? With what you ask? Simple! Get out your check books and update your wish lists because Augustine Academy is holding its first Secret Santa! Whilst this will be going on through the duration of the In Game "Winter Lights Festival", or immediately after Thanksgiving IRL, this particular event will be OOC.If you never had this at school, or never experienced it in general -- A Secret Santa is someone who anonymously gives another stranger a gift. Traditionally. In more close-knit communities, the group is divided in half and they make a variety of systems to follow to keep everything Randomized.This way, the Giver knows whom their gift is For -- But Does Not know whom is buying their own gift. Or more simply put, the person on the receiving end is left in the dark and the person on the giving end knows whom said gift is for. The way it works is we have a list of 2 lists of names. We then randomly pair one name from List A to another from List B. Which means Member A will buy a present for Member B. And we do this until all of the names from List A are randomly paired with the ones from List B.So, bottom line, you'd be getting a wish list item from that person's wishlist. And your Santa would be doing the same. The week before Christmas, you'd gift these items to that person Anonymously!

Ｔhe Ｎame ＳystemThe Name System is more traditional in the sense where you don't know whom your 'Santa' is. Which is the idea. I already explained most of it so I'll just skip right to the example. List A List B Masa Edgar

Cackles Sebastion COMMENCE THE RANDOMIZING Masa → EdgarTalos → SebastionCackles → VincentAND THEN we do the exact same thing only Vise Versa!Edgar → Talos Vincent → MasaSebastion → CacklesAfter we get the final revised list of everyone who wishes to participate, we'll split the group evenly and proceed to enter the names into a random name organizer, AND THAT'S how your 'Santa' and your 'Little Timmy' will be chosen! Of course, we'll be keeping a chart of this to keep track of who's giving who what within the Crew Discussion. Then, the week of Christmas, or a week before, we'll post the chart publicly so you can see whom your Santa was After you've received your gift. This will be One Big List so that'd way everything is completely random and picked by chance.
