Basic Personality: Weeble is a strong-willed sort. Even though he spends most days fighting the fact that he wibbles about due to vertigo, he still tries to make the best of things. The poor guys is pretty clumsy, but he doesn't let that stop him from trying to make his living as a small town fisherman and farmer. Thank goodness for those who he works with as they help keep him on his feet.
General Backstory: This fella's roots are firmly planted near Bass'ken Lake. It's where he does most of his fishing and it's close to his little farm.
