Reilan leaned against the bar at the cafe he worked at. He glanced around the booths filled with families enjoying their meals together. He gave a small smile to himself as he thought of his daughter who he had dropped off at daycare earlier. She was absolutely wonderful. He even had a tea party with her and some of the dolls he's bought for her.
His mind popped back into reality as he heard one of his tables mention they were almost out of their beverage. He moved to refill their drink, smiling brightly to the family as he returned. He couldn't help smiling, the two little grimms sitting at the table with their moms... They were absolutely adorable!
After helping the table and a few others, Reilan was able to take his break then return as a cook. Sitting outside on a crate, he rested his head against the building. He could handle two kids, right? His boss promoted him to head chef after he found out he hand a child to support. Zane would love a playmate, right? A little brother or sister? With a sigh he ran his fingers through his hair. Would be adopt again or... Maybe he'd imbue a stone? They were pretty pricy though. He'd look for one... If he got one then it was settled, he'd have another child. Reilan stood up, moving to get back to work with a smile on his face.
