Victer is a mature man who acts vased off the info avaliable and his gut. Though he can be quick tempered Victer has shown to be an effective leader and hunter through his many years. He does seem to be slightly self centered and cocky. To his prey hes a cold calculating monster, to his commrades a understanding but strict headmaster, and of course the occasional sadistic trainer.

Bio:
Victer was raised at an early age to hunt vampires. Due to his status in life Victer never went to school until he was 13, before then he was tutored by private teachers. He was breed to be a hunter taught all the baiscs.When he finally started school he had left his homeland to attend this odd school. His early years Victer kept to himself not bothering anyone. His first year in high school Victer was put on the disciplinary committee. From their he spent most of his time in meetings and jis noghts patrolling. It wasnt till he graduated that Victer started to come in to his own personality. Several years later he found himself as headmaster of the vampire hunters after the previous head died from old age.
