 The season's were quickly passing them by and she was enjoying the cooler weather, just as much as she was disliking it. It had it's positives and negatives and she just figured she'd deal with it. Adaptation is what made the difference between living and dying so adapt she would. Amadahy was well prepared for the cooler months it seemed. Or at least she seemed to like the cold far more than she did. To each there own, right?
Her thoughts took her away from her surroundings for a little while as she walked through the barren forests. There were still a few trees with leaves desperately clinging to the frail branches, but a strong gust quickly took them away. She glanced upwards for a moment, the wind catching her long hair and blowing it around gently, the long tendrils framing her face slightly as she took in the sight of the changing world around her.
Her memory was still hazy. There was much she couldn't recall but she was making a comeback it seemed. She had experienced winter before, but the images in her mind were hazy and distorted. Perhaps one day it would all make sense to her. She'd figure out what had happened and where she had been going. For now though, she was content with the path her life was on. Her attention returned to the path before her and she started walking again. Her long legs carrying her gracefully through the forest. Her pale completion stood out against the barren tree's but she wasn't concerned. She hadn't sensed any danger around lately so she wasn't afraid of being seen.
