He'd been thinking about it for a while, actually. Typically before work over his morning cup of coffee, the thought would wave it's way through and linger, like a ghost calling out to his tired mind. It was a calling that seemed to pull at his heart and his mind, as though if he didn't answer, something would be denied it's chance to exist. His very soul would shiver and look to the rooms set up for his son and daughter. They were so young, but growing fast, weren't they? Already taking classes, already making friends, already so big... It was hard for him to process.

He knew that Likais, his partner, wasn't monogamous when they imbued Dahlia and Laviticus' stones together... So, he couldn't really see a problem with Likais if he pursued this on his own. Of course, he'd let Likais know what he was doing before he just hopped out to the stone bank all willy-nilly. This was a serious thing that he really wanted to do and it was only right that his partner knew, even if he felt that they wouldn't have a problem with it. He loved him from the bottom of his heart and couldn't imagine his life without them and their kids. This new step would just add to the beautiful family that he already had.

As weird as it sounded, sometimes it felt as though his ancestors, whoever they had been, were pushing him toward this goal of a big family. He'd dream of growing old with multiple generations of children living under his roof and being content with that. Of course, this was something that was normal for Geists because it was a huge part of their culture, but he'd never had a family of his own until now. All he knew was the academy and the mixing of cultures within it. It almost made his home culture feel like something that was born within every Geist. This want for a large, communal family. It was... Weird, but oddly comforting to him.

"Well, I'd better start thinking about my options." He mused, taking a deep breath in. He wasn't entirely sure if he wanted to imbue a stone on his own or mix his magic with a stone that was partially imbued. Either way, he was sure that he'd love his new child no matter what.
