It felt so good to be out in the city~! Carnotite stretched, arching her back like a cat as she reached her glistening metallic hands for the ceiling. The boutique's lights flickered as the alarm blared, an annoying sputter that still helped to rev up her heartbeat. A new couture purse was slung over her shoulder, and the lieutenant was admiring her reflection with the purse in place, holding up a few accessories to her throat, hair, and wrists as she pondered additions to her wardrobe. Most of the bobbles that gleamed in her eye were tossed into the purse, and the glowing woman took her laughing leave through the door she'd busted open. Her entrance had not been a quiet one. Though she'd already hit another boutique further up the strip much more stealthily, this one was intentionally loud.

She was feeling reckless, and oh was it a thrill. Carnotite hoped police would show up. A tinkling bell of a laugh slipped from her lips as she thought of how they would respond to her dear crown. The lights atop her head made it easy to make her way through the nocturnal streets, her prizes happily stored away in her new purse. The alarm from the boutique was fading behind her as she slid into one of the many parks of the city, breathing in the fresh air with delight. Out there among the foliage, it was harder to see the electrical currents and figures of the world with that third eye of hers. Of course, now and then she'd still catch a glimpse of the electrical glowing charges of the power lines, or of the random people walking down the sidewalks, their body's dull electricity visible to her as they passed from behind trees.

A lamp flickered as she sat on a bench beneath it. Her legs crossed at the knees, head leaning back against the top of the back of the bench. A delighted sigh lifted from her. "It's such a beautiful night~ I wonder where I should go shopping next..." She still had time before she had to do some actual work and collect some energy... or practice taking starseeds. She didn't have any intention of returning to Negaspace for a while if she could avoid it....

Sabine was, perhaps foolishly, attempting a solo patrol tonight. She had half a mind to phone Phact and see if she was free... But no, she needed to spread her own wings and learn how to function on her own - even if her abilities did not make it easy for her to fight on her own. Still, she had to learn how to stand on her own two feet and not rely on others.

So color her suprised when she heard the sirens going off near one of her favorite parks. What was worse, the skin crawling chill of a chaos aura nearby. She was still having trouble with gauging levels of power - not that it mattered very much. Her stomach flipped a few times when she realized if she could feel the agent of chaos - they could feel her too.

This left her with very few options. One of them being to power down quickly and run in a random direction - but this was far too risky. The aura was close - too close to allow such actions to take place without a significant risk to her own person.

The other option would be to try and make it seem like she was giving the aura a wide berth - like she hadn't seen it. But she doubted that would work. If anything it would mark her a coward in the eyes of what could be an enemy. But, it could also be someone willing to talk.

She had to at least try.

Turning, she moved to make contact with the energy signature. On guard - guarded as it was, against the possibility of it being a trap - or worse - someone who was just out for blood.

The aura from another powered wasn't a new concept to the lieutenant. She'd felt them in other parts of the city, blips on her mental radar that alerted her of where there were dangers she best not press, or perhaps where fun could be located if she wanted to test her newfound luck.

One such opportunity presented itself there in the sanctuary of the park. Still reclining on her bench, Carnotite turned her head towards where she felt that Order aura approaching from. Didn't feel very strong. Indeed, it didn't take long for both her youma eye and glowing human--mostly--eyes to lock onto a figure. The youma eye pinpointed the electrical figure beneath the silhouette of her flesh. The human eyes focused on the cute red uniform she wore.

Pity she was a senshi. But such a little kid....

"Now what's a darling like you being out so late~?" Her words were light with friendly laughter, eyes crinkling as she smiled. Not that she could make herself look any less like what she was: a half youma. Her aura would speak that in volumes alone. "Surely your parents would be so scared to know their baby was out so late," she tsked.

Sabine's skin crawled as she viewed what could only be called an abomination in front of her. It felt like nothing she had experienced before. The sick sensation of a youma and... more.

Worse of all - it talked.

Even worse - in a feminine voice. A friendly one. Light and laughing.

She suppressed a shudder and stood up straight and tall. "I am Sailor Sabine, Senshi of Tactics. Who... and what... are you?"

She kept her stance guarded. She didn't trust this... thing.

Not one bit.

Sailor Sabine.... what a cute name. The woman's smile grew, and she spread her arms out to the side, the metallic flesh glistening in the light of her electric crown. Giving a small curtsy, she bowed her head a bit in polite greeting. "I am Lieutenant Carnotite. Pleasure to meet you, my dear~"

Senshi of Tactics, hm? Carnotite was still unsure how senshi... worked. Sure she understood the premise of "magical powers" and all that business, but how did these powers translate, individual to individual?

Straightening, she crossed her arms loosely below her chest, smiling as if trying to keep herself from laughing. "As to what I am--and you'd best be careful asking a question like that, darling, some might consider that exceptionally rude--I am..." Carnotite trailed off into delighted laughter, playing as much of the part of the glistening goddess she perceived herself to be--or at least, should be. "I'm a merger of two great beings. Myself, and a beautiful women of light. The best of both worlds, you can say." A human's tenacity and brains, and a youma's power. A lethal combination, if one wasn't careful.

"Now what about you darling~? How are you the.... Senshi of Tactics~?"

Carnotite might have been new to the field, but she was at least wise enough to be cautious before testing her luck. Still, the woman began to step closer, curious how up tight this youngster was--she certainly looked unnerved...

Maybe she just needed a shock to the system to warm up to her~?

Sabine was not convinced this... thing... was pleased to meet her at all. At least - not in the actual human sense of the word. It... she... made her skin crawl the more and more she looked at it. What was worse, she called her out on being RUDE. No, it was a perfectly legitimate question. She was not human. She was something else.

An abomination.

Sabine didn't even want to know what this woman of light was - but whatever it had been, she would not describe the result of the merger as the best of both worlds.

"I just am," She said, voice terse as she raised her hands up in front of her, fists closed as she stared down the strange woman who was edging closer to her.

"Stay where you are... any closer and I'll be forced to defend myself." Sabine warned. "I don't trust you."

Carnotite sighed a bit, an overdramatic sound that turned quickly into a laugh. "Can't even be a good child and give a proper answer to your betters," she tsked. And then the girl had the audacity to raise her fists.

Carnotite smiled--a sickly sweet motion as she unfolded her arms, metallic hands glinting in her light. Her heeled boots padded closer still, triple eyes narrowing slightly as she continued to smile. "Tsk... I see the White Moon, Order, has at least done it's part to turn such a sweet young thing into such a violent being, if you'd be so willing to attack me on no provocation." Her words were a taunt, hoping to push this senshi into a fight.

If the girl wouldn't give her information... well then. Her usefulness was nonexistent.

For each step that brought the abomination closer to her, Sabine took one in reverse. "I will only attack to defend myself from a monster." Sabine said, with no small amount of venom in her tone. "Since that is exactly what you are."

It was true, the woman was monstrous. There was no beauty to Sabine in her glowing skin or multiple eyes, or the light bulbs that crowned her hair. No beauty in the golden metalic hands. She only saw a youma, a monster. A smart, youma, one that could communicate - wore clothing. But a monster was a monster.

"So back away, if you do not want to fight, another step toward me and I will consider it an act of aggression... And, I will defend myself accordingly." Sabine tried to keep a stern face, ignoring the taunt for now. She would not be goaded into throwing the first blow.

The lieutenant said nothing as she continued to smile, continued to step closer towards the redheaded senshi. The girl kept claiming she would fight. Kept claiming she would attack. Kept claiming Carnotite herself was a monster.

Promises, promises, and not a single one kept. In that moment, Carnotite was... bored, really. These were the brats that were such a pain to the Negaverse? These children that knew nothing of the real world around them?

Tsk tsk. So she kept moving towards the girl, waiting for that promise of a fight.

Panic had fully set in. The now silent approach of the... thing... was noted, and as much as Sabine wanted to flee, she knew that it would only give chase. It would only follow her and try to kill her if she turned to run. Or worse, it would move on to some other poor innocent that would suffer worse than she. Gritting her teeth, she let out a feral scream and moved to meet her 'attacker' head on.

She was not a fighter, she didn't know how to fight, but she did know how to throw a tantrum. She kicked at the half-youma's shin. her other hand trying to get a hold of the long golden locks to pull them as hard as she could. She knew this put her dangerously close to the enemy, but she had no other recourse.

She could only hope the sudden surprise brutality of it all would throw it off guard.

To be fair, she was caught off guard by the scream and sudden... assault? Tantrum? Carnotite let out a frustrated scream of her own at the hair pulling of all things, and the pain sparking through her shin from the impact of the girl's foot. Glowing eyes narrowed, her bulbs flared even brighter in her rage as she reached one hand to grab ahold of the girl's red locks to give them a nasty yank in turn.

"Nasty little girl," she spat, trying to grab hold of the hand in her golden locks. The metallic hand was flooded with her electric power, and Carnotite hoped to direct the charge into the girl's body in retaliation. "You need a lesson in manners." Aiming a knee for the girl's middle, she also hoped to teach her a few lessons in picking a fight with her betters.

If there was one thing Carnotite knew well, it was how to deal with a cat fight.

Ability:
A joke shock buzzing handshake from Carnotite is the least of your worries when you make physical contact with her. Though Carnotite does run a bit on the warm side naturally now, all that extra juice running through her systems can be far too easily condensed into her hands, feet... really anywhere across her body. Focusing this electrical charge at any point on her body, she can deliver a wallop of a shock to another body, even through clothing--hers, or theirs. The shock itself is comparable to a strong shock from static electricity--strong enough to make you jump and hurt the region for a while, but nothing to cause remote permanent damage. Carnotite requires 60 seconds to recollect her energy to use this charge again, and is capable of doing this three times a day.

Fingers twitched and dug into the hair, tugging harder before the shock hit Sabine's skin. She let out a loud pained squeal, which was silenced as the knee drove up into her gut, gasping as the air was knocked out of her lungs. Fingers released their grip on the other female's hair as Sabine seemed to slump forward into the other female.

That is, until her eyes looked up at the woman and her other hand came up, and clawed at her face, fingers hooked to try and gouge at her eyes, all three of them. She made another strained angry sound, she might be small, but she had spunk, and she wasn't going to let this youma take advantage.

"MONSTER!" She couldn't think of a better retort in the heat of the fight, all she could do was claw at the eyes of her shining attacker.

A small moment of triumph came as she felt the girl slump from Carnotite's blows. Though she was able to free her locks from the child's grasp, those fingers quickly turned around to try and claw her damn eyes out. The woman screamed, shutting her eyes tight against the nails. "You're the monster," she shrieked, metallic hands shoving at her arms and one of her heeled boots rising to try and kick the girl away.

She could feel the electrical currents through her body dimming--not a dangerous sensation, but enough of an internal cue that she couldn't just... zap the girl again. Carnotite grit her teeth and tried to swing a fist towards the redhead's.... well... head.

The shove and kick sent Sabine stumbling back, and as she regained her bearings she saw the punch heading straight toward her head. She tried to back out of the way, but she didn't manage it with any great alacrity, but instead of taking a full on punch to the temple that would have probably knocked her out cold for the evening, she instead got a nice cut along her forehead.

The blood welled and dripped into her eye, forcing her to close it. With a pained whimper, she took a few more steps back, wishing more than ever her power worked on herself.

She looked around the park area around her for something, anything that might be useful to her in this circumstance. She found her options quite lacking, and instead had to rely on scooping up a fistfull of dirt and gravel from the walking path and moving in close enough to throw the mixture directly in her attacker's face.

She was beyond talking at this point.

It was seriously pathetic how heavily she was breathing already. The skin around her eyes was red, the flesh already turning pale in areas where the scratches were puffing up into lines, a few even beginning to well with blood. Her 'main' eyes were doing well enough, and she opened them without issue, but her third eye had had the bottom corner of the lids snagged a bit by the girl's nails, and a bit of blood began to trickle from its edge, much to her fury.

Rubbing gingerly at it, she'd not chased the senshi as she retreated--Carnotite needed the small breath herself. Not that it lasted long. She'd barely put her arm down, third eye's vision blurry as dirt and gravel struck her in the face. Cursing and shrieking, Carnotite had to blink her three eyes heavily, rubbing at them as she tried to dislodge the dirt that had hit her eyes. Some of the bits of gravel had nicked her skin, pricks of blood forming among the dirt that clung to her. Water pooling at the rims of her eyes and running, blurring her vision further, she let out a feral shriek as she dove for the red blob in her vision. ******** child--!
