[PRP] Petty Problems (Parvaneh x Cothoza)

Cothoza was frustrated. Admittedly he usually was. No, wait, that didn't sound quite as accurate. Usually he was annoyed but today that annoyance had melted into frustration. Some dwarf had decided to poke the black lion as he had been sleeping. They wanted something, he knew, but he had been much more comfortably keeping his eyes glued shut and ignoring them.

Then one thing had lead to the other and their had been a small scuffle. He didn't really want to think on the details all that much, but rather the fact that one minute he had been resting and content and the next he was padding away from his napping rock with a sore paw... Grr. Honestly- sometimes he hated this place.

But then he also loved it. What other kingdom would be so welcoming of random fights between their members he wondered? Surely not many... The brawl had been settled- although Cothoza lost his napping spot in the process. Oh well, maybe after he stretched and relaxed elsewhere for a bit he'd feel better. So off he went, searching for something or someone to entertain him, his footsteps softly padding against the solid ground...

A black and white hare bounded right up to the black lion. He straightened up to look up at him as his nose and whiskers twitched. "Good day dear sirrah! Might you have a bit of time?" The hare rushed on before he could be brushed aside or possibly eaten. "Good good. We have just completed Parvaneh's Para-Intra-Gastrointestinal Past-time! For this limited time we are offering free samples to anyone we run across." The hare beamed at the lion. It was clearly his lucky day! "This limited time offer of course includes a limited time deal where, for a small trifle, you can purchase some of this awesome brew for your very own!"

A lioness followed behind the hare. She had a fairly large gourde and several small bowls made from other gourdes cut in half. Parvaneh rolled her eyes as Tryphon accosted the unsuspecting lion with his speal. She wasn't even sure about the name he'd come up for it. He was the one always trying different or new names. She couldn't believe some of what he'd come up with! Para-intra-what? The lioness heaved a big sigh. Sometimes....

Instead she lifted her head and smiled. "Good day. Looks like you could use a pick me up. Would you care to try?"

The lion blinked as a small little white and black hare came up to him. He wasn't quite sure how to react, but immediately he began to wonder just who the little creature thought it was talking to. Cothoza might have shared similar pelt colors with the creature but the one main difference between the two species was one had particularly sharp teeth and devoured meat.

Still, he listened intently to what the creature was saying. Oh rather, as best as he could manage. The thing was talking mighty quick it was kind of hard to discern what it was saying!

He lifted his chin as a lioness came 'round the corner. Was this her hare? Made sense if that's why the thing was so darn friendly. Hares usually avoided lions unless they were bonded to one like this one appeared to be.

He considered the uh, Intra-gastro-para-time deal for a brief moment. Then he nodded his head towards the lioness. 'Yes.' Yes he would like a pick-me-up. No matter how odd it's name sounded...
