First there was some s**t about a youma train, and then something about a carnival of civilians. Each story that Andronicus heard brought an even deeper frown to her already frowned face. Didn't anyone know that gathering in groups, of either side, ended in some sort of danger?! Or giant youma?! Or endangered civilians?!
The squire of Uranus had been absent from both of those... issues (though she heard the civilians got out of the carnival with almost no harm done to them) because her mother had decided it would be a great idea to go visit Greece for a month and a half. She'd gotten to get out of that trip a week in, but she was still doing make up rehearsals and classes at DCBC.
(She didn't even live with the woman anymore and yet here she was, being dragged all over creation for her 'heritage'. So what if she was Greek, she had more important things to do!)
Tonight was one of those free nights where she didn't have work early in the morning, and rehearsal hadn't gone on for ages. She'd powered up, wrapped an extra coat around her because it was November, and gone off to patrol. Andronicus hadn't expected to run into a squire she remembered from... some... where.
Oh, right New Years!
She waved a hand in greeting. "Heya... Alexandria right? Keyblade wielder! Long time no see!"

Alexandria was so incredibly over this year. It may have started with a bang, but Alex hoped it didn't end like that. It just seemed like one thing after another. It had moved so fast, Alex could hardly believe it. All he had was what? Another month and a half, and then he could pretend that none of the past year had ever happened.
His name, accompanied by a vague yet familiar voice caught his attention and the squire turned to find another. Andronicus. She had helped in the rescue of their friends during New Years. Though he blinked when her words finally sunk in.
Keyblade?
"That makes me sound like I crawled out of Kingdom Hearts..." He laughed, a little awkwardly. "But yeah... That's me. We didn't really get to meet properly last time did we?"

"Is that a bad thing though? Crawling out of Kingdom Hearts. I used to think youma were Heartless in the beginning,' she said with a chuckle. She pushed the hood from her head, letting the black and dark purple strands fall over around her face. Alexandria was only a few inches taller than she was, even with the boots, so she looked up slightly to smile.
"Hard to get a proper introduction when you're trying to rescue people from being kidnapped. And a very territorial ballpit." she exclaimed with a grin, holding out a hand, "Andronicus Squire of Uranus, and leader of the Sentinels. Pleasure to make your acquaintance!"
Maybe if she introduced herself as leader of the Sentinels enough, maybe it would stick and people would do something with it finally. Or want to join maybe. Maybe.[Mistress Morbid] ARG SORRY I think the notification got ate ;.;

"I... suppose not." He said slowly. "It could be worse... I could have crawled out as a heartless..." Alexandria wasn't about to admit that he'd played the game.
Nope.
"That ballpit was hell okay. That whole place was, even though we were just trying to get people out." Alexandria grumped, but shook her hand regardless. "Alexandria of Mercury. You're Themi's friend right? Sorry I didn't really introduce myself better, or try to find you afterwards."
Though he fixed her with a curious look. "...Sorry if this is a strange question but, Sentinels?"

She scratched her cheek. "It's uh... a team I'm trying to put together. To help protect the city from, well, us. Not all of us do a particularly good job 'bout protecting the civilians, with all the fires and the magic some of us got." Andronicus fiddled with a piece of hair.
"It's still... a new thing," for everyone she added silently. It was hard to really propose the damn thing when she was gunna take people from both sides, really. She didn't usually lead with that, either.
But, the city needed a line of defense when the fighting got tough. People to get civilian out, to keep the fighting from buildings and public spaces. New Years wasn't the first of such events, and wouldn't be the last. Also a youma train.
"I figure after people have been abducted, or otherwise kidnapped on holidays and someone decided to let a youma eat a train, something had to be done. Not to mention s**t always goes south when more than three of us congregate for more than five minutes in any one location." Yeah okay the youma train was a really sore subject with her and she wasn't even there.
