If you use the PayGarden service to exchange gift cards for retail stores for Gaia Cash, you are not technically purchasing it from us, which is the only way we can apply coupons due to technical limitations and PayGarden's fluctuating exchange rates. Technical limitations prevent us from applying coupons to PayGarden's services, but on a cool note, you can always use Gaia Cash from any source to qualify for our tiered spending rewards!

You can use the orbs inside of Alchemy! Also we'll be coming up with more uses for the charge orbs.

Considering the rig isn't being sold any longer and is instead a reward for a game, and is the best possible chance for Angelic furniture, any chance of increasing the odds of getting the Angelic furniture would be awesome.

In Lake Kindred can you please let us splice with the recolors of our kins? I have a solar echo and a lunar night echo, I'd like to be able to breed them together to get a ghost. Yes they are different colors but they are of the same breed. So can you please allow this, I mean animals of the same species but different breeds have offspring and same with humans of different races. Lets do it with kins.
In Pokemon Ditto the pile of mutant bubble gum mates with everything... food for thought...

Can you update the items in the Crystal Box please? The drops from them are worthless now and there isn't even any real point of opening them anymore. Maybe you could put in alchemy components or the Angelic/Nitemare furniture needed for formulas.

Can you tell us the changes to drops done within the Shadow Labs? It would be very disappointing if they didn't make a change to make it worth grinding (Even level 50 kin lose purpose when you need 17,000 experience to next level) after the Halloween event went away.

The only changes that have been made are that the Kindred Kandy has been removed, as well as the Pumpkin Seeds, Labtech Notes, and Kin drops.

The exchange rate for cash/gold in the MP is: 50,000,000g to 1 GC.
If that is so the why do we have to pay so much cash in the gold shops to get cheap items? Example, Flamingo Inner Tube is 1230 Gold, but it costs 21 Gaia Cash. That is not equal to the conversion rate... Not having the gold shop prices match the conversion rate seems silly, I mean it only makes sense to have it equal throughout the site not doing so is ripping off your users.

The current gold shop / gaia cash exchange rates were determined by an older system. They could definitely do with some updating! Thanks for the reminder!

Newer players won't reach Lv25 in a decent timeframe, and most Kin evolve at Lv15 as well, making it a more fitting and more accessible level to try out the new mechanic, yet still far enough from Lv1 that most won't get their Kin to that level in one day the hard way, while Lv25 can take anywhere from 4 days to over a week, depending on how much time the player has each day. Lv15 would thus allow more Player retention as it can be accessed sooner. Getting one Kin, let alone TWO, to Lv25 is no small task, and is turning players off from the game.

There seems to be a bug with the Daily Gaia Cash treat. A lot of us go through the 10 pages of "great content" successfully, only to never have the "claim reward" button turn green. It's been a couple weeks since I've been able to earn GC this way. Are y'all aware of the bug, and if so, any suggestions for us?

If a pet is a higher level (or even like significantly higher) than the creature I'm fighting, any chance we could get like a 90/100% chance of fleeing successfully?
It's a bit annoying to try to flee and get attacked by a kindred 25-30 levels lower than me and be put to sleep or poisoned.
Could make exceptions for 'boss' kins like sycs and keep the standard flee chance?

If I remember correctly, I think it's simply a trigger from the battle ending and not whether you had won or lost.

The kin in Lake Kindred have gotten so overpowered, I'm actually discouraged to play the game anymore. I just got so tired of my level 15 Stagony missing three times in a row during battle and getting knocked out by opponents several levels below it, I didn't even bother participating in the Halloween event. PLEASE reduce the miss ratio and make the strengths and weaknesses of opposing kin more reasonable. It's highly frustrating playing a game where you lose to almost half of your opponents.

The miss rate has not been changed at all, it has always stayed the same. The more powerful kin in the Lab area, if that's what you're talking about, are meant to help people level up who have higher level kin.

Features: Is it possible to increase the amount of items one can put in Temp Storage, or at least make it where you could see ALL the items instead of only up to 600 in the inventory, and can you make it possible for the amount to be exact? cause like if I have it set to 100 a page,sometimes a page will only have like 80 and another have 90, it's not consistent to 100 a page at least that's what I noticed today
