Drumlife by Brandy hits the PA as Andre Damone dashes out onto the stage, his energy high as he has his first shot at singles gold here tonight. The crowd cheers in support of their hometown boy, and hoping he'll dethrone the Inter-Blaze champion tonight
It was your eyes that gave you up through that stupid disguise
You tryna hide behind that drink and you almost slipped by
I see you there sophisticated ignoring the beat

"Making his way to the ring, from St. Louis Missouri, weighing in at 225 pounds, Andre Damone!"
Halfway down the ramp, Andre drops down to his knees and looks up with his arms extended, a cue for pyros to shoot up on the stage.

Andre hops up and begins to head down the ramp, high fiving fans along the way.

Halfway down the ramp, he dashes down to the ring and slides inside, hopping up and running to the turnbuckle. Smiling out at the fans, he backflips back into the ring and turns to await his opponent

the lights dim down and multi colored lights begin to flash as The Game by Disturbed hits. as the crowd looks at the stage, a platform rises up with Ken Armand standing on it, looking downward, the DHW Inter-Blaze title belt around his waist. As it reaches the stage, he looks up, towards the ring, standing amongst a thin layer of smoke rising from under the stage. the crowd begins to boo heavily as he stands for several seconds while Alicia, his wife, joins him
"Making his way to the ring, accompanied by Alicia Armand, from Kansas City, Missouri, weighing in at 225 pounds, he is the DHW Inter-Blaze champion, Ken Armand!"
Finally Ken begins to make his way to the ring, almost a frown on his face. He stops at the end of the ramp and looks around the arena, out into the booing fans.
Eventually, he turns and walks to the right, walking around the ring. He hops up onto the apron, then turns to face the crowd, his back to the ropes. He raises his fists and leans back against the ropes while multi-colored pyros shoot up from the turnbuckles. The crowd continues to boo him as he steps into the ring through the ropes. The lights come back up and the flashing lights stop while the music dies down. He removes his cape and hands the title belt to the referee while Alicia waits on the outside

Andre isn't going to waist time, charging forward and attempting to take Ken down with a Lou Thesz press and some rights to the skull. Ken had ambushed him a few weeks back and he hadn't forgotten

Ken wasn't expecting such aggression from the baby Damone, and is taken down, much to the delight of the crowd. Piston fire rights follow up and the crowd has come alive with cheers as Andre has the early advantage.
Outside, Alicia screeches at the referee to do something

the referee does indeed get involved, beginning his five count. Andre gets up at four, then attempts a hard stomp to Ken's abdomen, aiming to force him to sit up, and follow with a kick to the face to knock him back down and go for an early pin attempt

Ken thought there was going to be some relief, until Andre's foot comes down on his stomach, forcing the air out of his lungs. He sits up out of reflex, only to be kicked in the face and knocked back to the mat. And to make matters worse, his shoulders are pinned to the mat.
one..two..
Ken kicks out, much to the dismay of this on fire crowd, and rolls out of the ring to catch his breath

Andre isn't about to let Ken rest up now. It's time to keep the pace going. He runs across the ring and hits the ropes. On the rebound, he dives out over the top rope and looks to take Ken down on the outside with a suicide dive

Alicia comes to check on Ken as he comes out of the ring. She screams and dives out of the way as Andre comes soaring out over the top rope, unfortunately, taking Ken to the floor the hard way outside

Andre rolls to the barricade and pulls himself up after taking Ken down as the crowd continues to cheer. They are ever hopeful to see a new inter-blaze champion. Now on the outside, the referee begins his ten count, and Andre looks to add a little more damage by kicking the downed Ken in the ribs

breathing is apparently something Ken does that offends Andre, as a stiff kick to the ribs continues to prevent him from doing so. And this sick crowd loves every minute of it. And all the referee is doing is counting

Andre hasn't forgotten that attack a few weeks ago. As a matter of fact, he intends to pay that sneak attack back ten fold here tonight. But, he also intends to hit Ken where it will hurt the most, taking his title. So he goes to pull him back up and roll him into the ring, then hop onto the apron and springboard in over the top rope with a senton, then a pin attempt

Ken is rolled back into the ring, and the all too deafening cheers continue as Andre comes down with a senton. Worse, the referee is making another count, the all important 3 count
one..two..
Ken kicks out. It's too early for him to lose, and he's not losing, not here, not to a Damone

Andre isn't exactly surprised, but he can't let up now. He has to keep his momentum going. He stands and goes to pull Ken up, then whip him to the ropes and follow with a back body drop on the rebound

the momentum is all with Andre tonight, as Ken is whipped to the ropes and bounces back, only to be launched into the air with a back body drop. He hits the mat hard spine first and slowly makes his way up again while Alicia looks panicked on the outside
