So far, I'm working on an Eternal Sailor Moon cosplay using the All Gaia dress up option but I can't seem to figure out the pink puffy sleeves and the winged part of the brooch. Please help?

If the layering works, try Albus Egg for the feathers on the broach, and either biancamella or iced sugarplum puff Sleeves. Those would probably be your best bets...though I'm sure there are other options

there is a brooch called "sunny bow" i use it for my eternal sailor moon brooch it has wings https://www.gaiaonline.com/marketplace/itemdetail/87655 rn there is no listing atm tho :/
