xxPunkie fancies herself a guide for lost or scared trolls. She does not pretend to be an expert, but if she finds someone who is having a problem or two, she will go out of her way to guide and teach that troll. Even before the orange-blood joined the Cult of the Mirthful Messiahs she believed strongly in guiding the lost; trolls without ambition or a purpose to their short lives. It was in a large part due to the influence of her Lusus; Carver.
xxCarver is more of Punkie's teacher and friend than a parental figure. The hermit-crab creature has its own cultural beliefs that it has passed on to its troll. The focus of these beliefs being in guiding the lost, and keeping the evil of the world at bay. The best way to go about this, in the crustacean's belief, is through the creation of lanterns and helping others. Carver spends its time outside in the garden, maintaining the plants that grow the gourds, meanwhile Punkie's job is to instill each fruit with guidance, and good wishes. It is a ritual the troll goes through each evening, carving, caring, and instilling hope into each pumpkin she handles. Once Punkie became a juggalo, her love of lantern carving only grew. There were other juggalos that needed her guiding lanterns and help! The ritual of carving, caring and instilling became yet more important to her life, much to Carver's approval. Punkie does her best to place the guiding lanterns she makes around town as often as she can.
xx The Carnival of Carnage has only helped to concrete the the idea of guidance in Punkie's life. Life is a struggle, Punkie has made it her job to keep herself and her brothers and sisters safe from any corruption. Generally, Punkie being a young child, corruption comes in the form of evil spirits and bad moods. Luckily that's just what jack o'lanterns are made to catch. Punkie often seeks out other members of the Cult of Mirthful Messiahs. Being a young troll she feels she has a lot to learn from her elders about the religion, and life in general.Punkie enjoys talking to others about religion and spiritual matters. She enjoys exploring other trolls' ideas to the meaning of life and so forth. As the orangeblood spends her time carving gourds she often contemplates these matters extensively, letting the Mirthful Messiahs speak through her carving knife.
xxPunkie understands the hemospectrum and why it is in place. But she also feels that all trolls deserve kindness and a light back to the path of their life if they are lost, no matter their blood color.Treating everyone with equal kindness helps her to better befriend her peers and those lower blooded in colour than herself. Lowblood or high, Punkie treats all trolls with respect, so she has not experienced backlash from higher bloods. A troll that follows their own blood-pumper, unafraid of cultural backlash or judgement from others is a troll with Punkie's support. She is often preaching to others to follow their dreams; it is the only way in life. Problems can arise when Punkie feels some troll is far from their path in life, and needs guidance. She can be persistent, insisting on helping someone she thinks needs her help. For highbloods that this angers, Punkie will apologize, give them space to calm down and try again later, maybe with a different approach. Persistence is key.
xxBesides helping the lost, gourd lanterns are also known to keep evil away. Punkie is a strong believer in this. Some trolls get addicted to harmful substances or relationships, others just don't know how to handle the evil emotions in themselves. Corrupt trolls in evil moods do things out of spite, rage, or greed, Punkie works to dispel these corruptions. She believes her lanterns attract these bad feelings and cage them away. She has gone so far as to surround grumpy trolls' hives for good measure. Every troll needs to let go of their instinctual reactions, and seek what they really want in this blood-filled life on Alternia.
xx The evil spirits manifest in dead trolls killed in unjust manners, or spirits so full of negative emotions that they haunt the living. The carved and illuminated gourds capture these and keep them safe until Punkie can come back for them and cleanse them. It's a long process, but Punkie's blood-pumper beats for the work. Sometimes a mere lantern is not enough. Its tough times like these that Punkie really relies on the wisdom of her lusus. Through knowledge passed down through generations of bio-luminescent crustacean culture, Punkie has learned how to preforms cleansing rituals. Due to the fact that the rituals are meant for crustaceans, Punkie often has to experiment in order to get results on trolls.
xxPunkie loves lighting up her home on Alternia, but has a keen interest in the stars as well. They way they can guide lost trolls at sea if they know what to look for, the way they twinkle at you in greeting, Punkie wants to explore more about them. Space is far away, but the orangeblooded troll hopes to someday figure out how the stars are made. Maybe then she can expand from lanterns on the ground to lanterns in the sky. One step at a time, first she wants to master her current craft, then who knows?
xx Carver is a strong advocate of helping other trolls, something Punkie has readily picked up on. She has taken it and adapted it to her troll culture, meaning she will sometimes resort to violent methods to get trolls to correct their paths in life. As a lowblood child she prefers to avoid dipping into physical actions to correct a troll's life, but, as the Messiahs teach, the ends justify the means. Carver understands that trolls and crustaceans are not the same, and the crab knows that this conversion will be slow, so it resigned itself to accept Punkie's methods. Sometimes the gourd-shelled crustacean will voice opinions, but in general, it believes this task is in Punkie's hands.
xxBecoming a member of the cult of Mirthful Messiahs was a really big event for Punkie. She is proud of what she has become, and wants to continue to help both other trolls in the cult, and those outside the cult. The orangeblood has adapted to peppering her language with the holy words, and is excited each night to wake up and apply her face paint. Punkie's life was fine before the cult, but now she really feels she has a meaning to her actions.

xxLife is so full of pitfalls, traps, and temptation, someone out there has to be the light to help others see by. Punkie wants to bring others up and help them see that life is more than half full. Even if she herself is feeling down, she will go out of her way to be positive.
Organized:
xxPunkie spends a lot of time every night on the things that are important to her. Mainly these include carving her lanterns, applying her face paint, and instilling good wishes in everyone she meets. She often greets trolls in the same manner, no matter their blood color or position. It looks like she has a firm grasp on her life, always having a plan and place to be.

xxPunkie cant help it. When she meets someone she just wants to know all about them! Learning about someone is how one shows they care right? Sadly Punkie has not learned the correct way to go about showing how she cares and her methods are often seen as invasive and nosy.
Self-sacrificing:
xxWhen Punkie becomes attached to someone she will do anything for them. This can often become detrimental to herself. Because of her self-sacrificial nature, Punkie can easily be taken advantage of. In her mind, the welfare of others is more important than her own. She is a hardy vine that will grow back.

xxCarving Knifes? No, no no no, those are sacred vessels the Mirthful Messiahs talk through Punkie with. Far too important to waste on troll flesh. She found a Spring loaded Triple Dagger, its pretty cool.
Home:
xxCivisect City is where Carver took Punkie to make a hope for themselves. Its a fairly new town, full of the clash of low class and high class trolls. A place that is presumably teeming with lost souls seeking help. Carver thought up the idea to move there and Punkie has enjoyed decorating the town with lanterns. Her hive is a small domed building built into a hill on the outskirts of town, where she has enough room for Carver to grow gourds. The pride and joy of her hive is an underground clay oven she uses to dry out the gourds for long-term use and to bake the often pumpkin pie. It is furnished with wicker furniture and the space is mainly taken up by her workshop table where she carves her work or dips candles.
Lusus:
xx Carver is Punkie's lusus. It is a bio-luminesent tinged hermit-crab that uses a gourd as its protective shell. When Carver chose Punkie as its child the crustacean immediately taught its troll the importance of helping others. Its a big, wide, scary world out there. Ones who have sturdy footing should do their part to help others who are less sure. Carver is most often perched on top of Punkie's head, where it can shine its florescent light as if it were in fact a lantern itself. Punkie loves having Carver on her head, with her guardian there she is a beacon in the night for all to see. Carver gave up many things in life when it became a monk of the crustacean ways. When the forces of the world told it to get a troll, Carver knew it was time to pass on its religious ways of life to a troll, to expand this way of living to more than just crustaceans.
