Currently, Rock has fallen unconscious for no apparent reason, but the most likely reason would be utter relief that he didn't get run over by a freight train.
He and his girlfriend Jinxi are currently located at the Eastern Gate of the Planet Hamster also known as the Orochi Steakhouse.
Meanwhile, in the land of Dragon Ball Z, at the end of the mystical path and to the left, Dee searches for the remaining Dragonballs in order to bring Jinxi's best friend Trixi to the Renaissance Galaxy.
At the Bogard Bar, Vegeta and Raditz who were born and raised in the Dragon Ball Z lands but bow reside on Planet Hamster where the Bogard bar is located, were having a saiyan-style battle because the two don't really get along all that well.
Mai is devouring a huge meal as if she had never eaten before due to a pregnancy that she only told a few people about who swore secrecy not to tell. The thing is, thanks to Vegeta, Mai's secret is out.

No, Jinxi does not know Corey yet, but she should notice how Corey looks like a miniature version of me.
She would have remembered Iori from earlier, though.
My wife knew the recap would be necessary for all newcomers to know the current action, but what she could have added was if they are new, then she could have put a brief layout of where each type of customer would be or could go in the mansion or elsewhere in the galaxy.
See, because of the recap, people know of somewhere other than a mansion, which is a steakhouse that leads to somewhere neat. The eastern gate, as it is aptly named is precisely that. Not only does it server as a tourist attraction with an optional volcano tour ride (Dee didn't mention that bit yet), but it serves as like a toll booth of sorts...an immigration station and a high traffic area.
You would literally see a whole bunch of new races you had never seen before or if you did recognize the races or characters there, then you'd know that the other planets, every other one connected to the galaxy must come through the steakhouse if they are to travel to Hamster City, to Southtown, or to Harvest Gardens.
Jinxi might at this time notice the table filled with ninjas and another table where there are kids with strange animals beside them. She might notice the Flintstones and the Rubbles dining together with their wives. She might even notice Patrick star acting like a goof with Spongebob blowing bubbles in the undersea section where she might think that the steakhouse comes with its own aquarium!
I dunno if you wanted to include this, but maybe Jinxi would even notice Gnoella in Gnoella's goblin form sitting with a huge bull like creature, an attractive male elf that is tall and has blond hair, and with the green skinned muscle-bound brutes with lower jaws too big for them called orcs.
See, soon I was hoping that in this big steakhouse Jinxi would notice one, and only one of her friends. I thought of Gnoella based on previous pages and how Rock described her as a goblin he had seen.
Of course, you'd be role-playing as Gnoella. I just thought to bring the idea here, as this thread is intended for. |

This post is to help you, Joy understand more on how the Universal translators work.
The wearer of the device can understand every word that is spoken no matter the language, but, like you had correctly thought, the one to hear the response back might not have a word that can be translated.
Trixi would understand most of what Dee said though and due to Trixi's species being more animal than human in nature, there would be some words that Trixi would get only by the context in that they were spoken.
Dee would also be using body language too for those words that might not be so easy to understand. Like the word Universal, Dee would have used her arms to show something wide and then pointing at her mouth for the translator part. |

The animal form is my current body shape save for the fur and the tail. The skin tone, the hair color, and the eye color, even some of the outfit of the first fusion image is the rest of me. If I could edit these two pics to create a likeness of me, I would.
So, those images so far are our main cast. Jinxi, you are an original as well as your other characters. It'd be cool if you'd have images of them to display here in this thread. I will be posting the rest of the cast soon. The ones Jinxi has met first in the order that they appeared.

Ryu is the father to Jason Hoshi. Jason is the bone specialist in the Renaissance Galaxy whereas Ryu has always been known to be a freelance fighter. Ryu had been sent to live in Hamster City from his home in the Eastern Part of the Galaxy due to some issues that paralleled Terry's past. Like Terry, Ryu's biological father was someone who should have been tested for psychological problems. As a result, Ryu had been raised in Hamster City for a short time before moving again to the Mikunai Forest.
