This thread is for certing Novablu-colored ponies, so if you have a pony (or familiar) colored by moi, give this thread a quick read-through and then pick the appropriate form and I will do my best to cert your bbies! biggrin
Note that I'm only going to use backgrounds found here just as a forewarning! Also, everything on the cert is up to me (as for modifiers and colors) FOR NOW...until I get used to certing, but once I get the hang of it, I may open up the floor to custom certs smile
