History: Li grew up an only child. His family lived in poverty and often saw many hardships through the years. As Li grew older, he quickly found himself having to fend more and more for himself as his parents struggled to make ends meet. One day, his fight for survival led him to a clinic run by an old man. His parents had succumbed to infection after a bandit raid had left their village desolated. Li had to travel several villages over while doing the best he could to keep them alive but it hadn’t quite been enough. Upon finally reaching the old man’s clinic, the couple had died on the operating table. Stricken with grief, Li wandered the village a shell of his former self. The sight of him pained the old man dearly and he frequently tried to extend a hand of kindness to the boy who had been orphaned before him. As malnourishment began to whittle him away, the old man managed to confine him to his clinic. Eventually, his kindness wore the boy down. The old man decided to take him in as an apprentice, teaching him what he knew of medicine. After learning from the man for several years, Li left for the hidden village in order to expand his medical knowledge.

Hello there, firstly I apologize for the delay in getting to your profile, the crew has undergone some recent personal issues that have effected activity. While I have the chance, I am going to take a leap through some profiles and other things pending and get to them. So the only real problems that are outstanding are your Personal Abilities. Stat increases from Personal Abilities are limited to a maximum of +1 per PA used. Im sorry, but thats just how it is. As for your Tenketsu Release, since you are not of the Hyuuga Clan or of the Medic Class you - in character - wouldnt know how they work so I am afraid that is also a no-go. You are likely going to have to replace this one. Please make the above changes and quote me when you are finished and I will give you another look over ^_^

That's how people use jutsu. The Hyuuga are so good at it because they can literally see it, but that's why I talk about discovering all of my own in my back story. It's not as if my character can see them, nor was it medically discovered. He can literally sense his own. Which I think is in line with the character concept of a chi type taijutsu guy. If it's still not okay, I'll do something different.

Okay, well this is from the crew in terms of the tenketsu PA Due to the potential ability is has, such as turning essentially any taijutsu into a style of Gentle Fist in addition to turning your chakra in itself to a range attack. Because this can open up such crazy possibilities I am afraid that it stands as declined. While the crew does want to say "Hey you cant do that for your stats" it feels like an increadible d**k move at this point to out of nowhere to say "Oh yeah the rule is old so were throwing that out now." I am going to side with them to an extent. You will have to pick one stat to increase by 3 points for the two PA's. Otherwise, you can only increase each stat by 1 point.
