THE PUMPKIN GUARDIAN As you venture into this small corner of pockettu, which seems to be halloween themed, you notice a large pumpkin patch is the first area. As you wander closer, you here a hiss, and a pockettu scuttles out angrily. "You best not be planning on harming my pumpkins!" You get the feeling this pockettu won't be happy if you admit to wanting to carve one... "People waste all the deliciousness!" Ahah! Perhaps if you post a recipe for fresh pumpkins....he might let you through? I PLAN TO EAT THEM! (honest) Username: Recipe:

SWEET AS SUGAR TRIO As you convince the guardian to let you cross, you're accosted by three pockettu, who all hold goody bags. They babble exictedly, and you have trouble telling their words apart and only manage to take snatches. " - take mine, candy corn is the best" " - no mine, sugar skulls are better, more artistic" "- um, mine are gloopy?" They seem to be offering you a goody bag, but which one do you choose.. you don't want to offend any of them! Seeing your distress, they all giggle in unison. "Tell you what..." The first one chimes. "What about...." The second adds. "A game!" They all chime together, then look at the third expectantly. "I-if you win, you can take all three goody bags!" They say shyly. The pockettu have challenged you to find a food that will appeal to all of them. SWEETER THAN SUGAR! Username: Pref List: (Candy-Corn, Slime Girl, Sugar Skull) Entry: (Description of food)

LONELY LOUP
As you continue to investigate this area, you hear crying. Unable to rein in either your worry or curiosity, you follow the source of this sound to find this fluffy-looking pockettu. As you approach, they snarl, but it's half-hearted and you can see teartracks in their fur. You crouch, and ask them what's wrong, but they mumble something unintelligible. Maybe if you guess what's wrong you can help them smile again! What's your PROBLEM!? Username: Answer: (can be funny, sad, ect. MODEL CITIZENS After extracting yourself from that situation, you continue wandering until you hear cheerful hissing. You're not sure how that works, but it's definitely happy - in fact, it almost has a tune to it. Curious despite yourself, you find a snake-halved pockettu painting a portrait of another, feline pockettu. The model blinks at you in that cat-like way, but doesn't move. The snake however, turns and smiles. "Greetings - are you here for art club?" Indeed, there seems to be various easels set up. He grins at you when you take up a brush. Modelling Career? Username: Pref List: Snek, Cat Entry: (Draw me a pockettu! Yours, someone elses, whatever. Must be drawn specifically for this event!)

BUBBLE BUBBLE TOIL AND TROUBLE

SWEETER THAN SUGAR! Username: Sinbari Pref List: Sugar skull, candy corn, slime girl Entry: *holds out three identical treats for the cute pockettu, that look like sugar skull cookies decorated in a multitude of colors in icing on top, but have a few other surprises; they are thick and inside not only is a triple layer of candy-corn flavored dough (of course in orange, white and yellow colors), but it has a surprise filling, a sweet green viscous liquid that oozes slowly out when you take a bite.

I PLAN TO EAT THEM! (honest) Username: Sinbari Recipe: Using most of the pumpkin is easy, right? Seeds can be baked and eaten, pulp/meat made for cookies, brownies, pies. But what about that pesky skin? In addition to the possibility of using it as compost to grow more pumpkins later along with leftover seeds, there's this idea:
Pumpkin chips/crisps!
--Peel the skin from the pumpkin thinly in whatever sort of shape/fashion you like. --Sprinkle liberally with paprika, sea salt and chili powder. Don't like it hot? Keep it simple with sea salt and olive oil. Perhaps experimenting with something along the lines of cinnamon/sugar and nutmeg would be even better! --Then just dehydrate overnight at 115 degrees. If you don't have a dehydrator, just bake in the oven on a cookie sheet at the lowest setting with the door slightly ajar.
