As some would know, a good breakfast is the key start to a great day. Or night, depending on at what time your 'day' began. And with the season for Sinnamon Spice in the air, a traditional holiday pastry is making the rounds.
Literally.
However with such a high demand, (and often a high price tag!) its just cheaper and often easier to make some for yourself at home. Or well, in Home Wreckonomics. The school has opened up small bake sessions in the spirit of the season anyone and everyone can bake their favorite holiday classic. But to those who make the oh so tasty Sinnamon rolls? Well.

You can make some serious dough off of those.

9- The fridge just had it all hiding in the back, score!
10- You can't seem to find what you're looking for and blame the gnomes. Because you can hear them laughing. Jerks. It's very likely was them. You'd put money on it.

Using 6d10, try to keep your sinnamon-sugar combo below 7. Anything above and well... it's no longer going to be sweet but more... semi choking.

4- +2 Sinnamon scale
5- +1 Sinnamon scale
6- +0 Sinnamon scale

If you get over 7, you'll have to start over from scratch, and that's terrible.

All rolled up and cut up, it's time to bake these buns in the oven. Sweet sugar spice babies you can't wait! But alas, the aroma has lured hungry gnomes come to knock you out so they can steal the fruits of your labor.

Fight off the three Gnomes, Popper, Artiehokie, and Snapies. This gross trio is head on ready for a culinary showdown, so bring out your best. Each one has 10 HP, and does an auto-2 HP each turn.
Thankfully, armed with the spice rack's unlimited back pepper, you can do an additional +2 damage with each hit.
One their all taken out, it's only a matter of time before...

gaia_diamond LEARNED ABILITY: Sweet Sinnamon-
By the infusion of evilly delicious spices, you student can now outside of battle, make any food they touch palatable and vaguely taste like there is a bit of a sweet kick to it. In battle they just smell good. Which is nice if they start to get a bit sweaty I suppose.

There had been a tasty kind of sweet making the rounds of Halloween town. Falair had been lucky enough to sample one and it was quite delicious. And now she really wanted to know how to make the delicious treats. They would be a wonderful desert to share with her big sister. Oh Na'ima would love them!

She had heard that the school was holding an open bake session. Whatever that was. But if they could help her out in making those rolls all the better. And less mess and money spent for her. It was a win win situation.

Falair finally arrived, looking about at everything spread around. It looked like it was going to be quite fun in fact. If not a bit messy. Well, Falair was a pretty good cook at least. It was like Alchemy. And she could really put together a meal better than she could potions. So they more than likely would not come out poisonous.

She would taste one or five before giving them to her sister.

Alright! Time to get to work. She needed to gather the ingredients for making those sweet sweet rolls. As she looked about she couldn't quite find what she needed. The loud snickering of nearby gnomes caught them a glare. Obviously they were hiding things from her. Perhaps it was payback for scaring them in the forest earlier. Jerks.

Moving to the pantry, she spent a good several minutes looking through all the stuff that was in there. There were quite a few tasty looking things and some things she had no clue what they were but sounded kind of gross. Still she could not find what she was looking for. Who had a pantry with no supplies in it that someone needed for this specific task? That was kind of silly.

For some weird reason she casually glanced into a nearby garbage can. She wasn't sure why cause obviously what she needed was not going to be in there.

Again she began to search. There had to be something somewhere. She eyeballed the gnomes again who were snickering off in a corner. They were really starting to get on her nerves. But, she had to ignore them. Taking a deep breath she continued her search.

Ok, she was going to try the pantry again. This time she was actually going to move things around to look instead of just staring at all the stuff sitting on the shelves. After a few minutes her efforts were rewarded as she finally found all the ingredients she needed.

Someone had hidden them really well. Gnomes....

Taking all her ingredients to the table, she began to add them into a bowl one by one. Mixing feverishly until they became a doughy substance and mixing was almost impossible without it sticking to her spoon. Now that she had the dough she slid it out of the bowl onto a piece of parchment paper, sprinkling it with a little flour to cut down on it's stickiness for the moment. And it would allow her to roll it out with a bit more ease.

Grabbing a rolling pin, Falair began to roll out the dough. Trying to keep it as even as she could. Going back and forth and back and forth. The dough flattening out nicely. It was a good consistency so there were no cracks in the dough as she went along.

Once it was flat enough and she was satisfied she began to sprinkle the Sinnamon on the dough. It smelt so could and would smell even better ones the rolls were baked. She casually slipped a small container of the Sinnamon into one of her pouches. No one would notice she was sure. And who would miss a little pinch of the spice? No one. That's who.

Satisfied with the amount of Sinnamon she had applied Falair began to roll the dough up into it's signature tubular shape. Grabbing a knife, she cut the tube of dough into smaller round sections. Placing each piece gently into a baking pan as she went along.

Ahhhh, she could not wait.

She slipped the buns in the oven. Relishing in the warmth that spilled out. A smile on her warm face as she watched the sweet babies bakes. The smell hung heavy in the air. Falair took in a deep breath. Imagening when they were done, dripping with a thin sweet frosting that was gooey and sticky as all get out. Yes, she would need to perform a bit of quality control first. Just one she promised.

But those gnomes from before seemed to have gotten it in their heads that they could take her rolls. They tried to bum rush the mare. "Oh no you don't!" She grabbed a canister of black pepper and threw it in the three gnome's eyes. "These are not for you you jerks!"

The gnomes reeled back, rubbing their eyes with angry cries.

Again they rushed her. She smacked them around a few times but that didn't seem to deter them all that much. These gnomes were tough but Falair was tougher. She wouldn't let anyone take these sweet sweet sugar babies from her.

Unfortunately with their next attack she missed them completely. They were a bit more agile than she had given them credit for.

She was able to trip one up. Success!

With another attack there was just one gnome left to get rid of. He looked kind of tired and shaky but there was no way she was giving in.

He just didn't want to go away. Falair smacked his fingers as he reached for the oven door.

She was able to run the last gnome off just at the right time. Her Sinnamon rolls were done as the timer went off. Grabbing a pair of mittens she took them out, taking a long delighted wiff of them before she set them down. Quickly drizzling some frosting on top and grinning wide while watching the frosting melt and drip on the rolls.

Perfection.
