Ki manipulation: Haiyou and Honey Badger have access to a large pool of Ki, a form of spiritual energy honed by intense training and focus. It relies on one's physical and mental state, but given Haiyou's warped psyche and split personality, his Ki is altered, taking the form of fire. He can shoot bursts or streams of spiritual flame, charge his body with the stuff to make him stronger or faster, and form a pair of flaming blue wings in order to fly.
Driver's Seat: Being split personalities, Haiyou and Honey Badger can take turns controlling their shared body, which makes for a lot of unpredictability in a fight. Haiyou's fighting style is focused, calculating, and precise, while Badger's tactics are wild, aggressive, and very rushdown. Badger also cheats in fights quite a bit, including low blows, blinding tactics, and other dirty moves.

What most describes this character's personality?: Haiyou is the serious one of the pair, but he's very kind to his friends and family. He doesn't exactly approve of the line of work he and Badger get into, but he can't really stop Badger from killing. He is also a bit more reserved than his other self.
Honey Badger, on the other hand, is a loudmouthed, foul-mouthed, skirt-chasing, fire-slinging maniac. He'll literally do anything that crosses his mind. Killing, hitting on any woman he sees, destroying someone's way of life; He'll do it just because he can. He has a twisted take on the "live life to the fullest" policy.
It could be argued that all of these negative qualities are a part of Haiyou, but he didn't want to accept them, so he used them to make Badger as a scapegoat for any harm he does.
Psychoanalysis (Describe why they act the way they do): Haiyou hates himself for being weak, so he created Badger as someone to force him to be strong. It backfired, and Badger basically became his own jackass personality.

Background Story: Haiyou came to this country as a young boy, along with his parents. His father was head of a large software company, before a hitman hired by a business rival killed him. Haiyou let out his rage, and discovered the power within him. He left his home to train himself to be strong, until he became a hitman himself, and made those who killed his father pay. As he unleashed his rage, he formed a split personality who was a real sadist. As he stared the killer in the eyes, he grinned, saying, "Aww, does that hurt? Honey Badger don't give a s**t!" Henceforth, Honey Badger was born, even though he had NO clue where he got the name. Now, Haiyou lives with his mother in Metropolis, secretly working as an assassin to help pay the bills.
