Weaknesses: Can't eat demons, poor sight, lack of blood either in his body or to consume if low can weaken everything about him immensely
Bio: "Laugh, and the world laughs with you. Weep, and you weep alone."
That was the only thing plastered on his wall with a moderately well painted picture of a farmhouse. It was one of the few comforts as he was imprisoned and concealed within a secret laboratory of a land that was much colder than where he grew up. For more than a decade, testing and experimentation was done on his body. Some normal and quick while others were gory, inhumane acts that were bounds for even war across countries. The reasoning and who these people were, however, was never known. After forcing his way out of the facility, he mindlessly wandered until ending at the gates of an interesting academy. Figuring he met the criteria for 'gifted', Cackle entered the school in hopes of entertainment, laughs, and food...
Abilities:
Repulsive Growth
-Cackle's body is able to stretch, morph, and grow into hideous and vile forms having tears within his flesh and other grotesque appearances upon his morphed flesh. He can stretch his body out, morph his body around and onto objects, and grow thorns/blades from his flesh.
Body Mirror
-~Cackle can morph his body to appear as animal, person, or anyone he has seen or consumed. Cackle can not take the appearance of someone/something with magical properties.
~Body Mirror consumes a little amount of Cackle's blood to stay in. The longer he uses this form, the more it takes. Although it is a small amount, the cost can be hefty over extremely long periods of time.
~Cackle can not use his other abilities in this form. This also means he can not use his constant regenerating or offensive morphing in this form.
~Being hurt in this form stops Body Mirror.
~Although Cackle can morph into something, he can't have the properties of that person. This includes unique disabilities and powers.
~Body Mirror can't, unless taking the form of someone he has consumed either partially or entirely, copy someone's image exactly. Certain mistakes can range from missing moles, missing current scars, clothing, incorrect fingerprints, or slightly off voice of that person.

~ Repulsive Growth relies on flesh, blood, and organic material. Although Cackle's body is sufficient enough for basic morphing and growths, larger and more complex morphing and growth requires alternate blood and material.
~The more Cackle loses blood or is damaged, the more he must strain or have complications in morphing
~Cackle's powers rely entirely on his blood and organic material in general.
