3:00 am - The dorms A very tired Ezekiel makes his way back from what was serving as the infirmary until a better alternative was put into play. Hie feet are dragging, his shoulders rounded, and he's yawning loud and long as he unlocks his door. 3:15 am - Showers A quick shower, to wash away the last twelve hours. 3:30 am - Room 189 Clean, Zekes back to his room, pulls on a fresh pair of boxers, and collapses into bed. 6:00 am - Room 189 An alarm goes off, is abruptly silenced, and the Mist goes back to sleep. 8:00 am - Room 189 The alarm goes off again, drags an unhappy groan from the intermediate, and is once again turned off as the man rolls over and goes to sleep. 10:00 am - Infirmary A third alarm finally drags him out of bed, and there is time enough to dress and grab a cup of coffee before he has to report back to work. Upon arrival he's sent to out to do rounds, checking on the patients from the day before, and any knew faces that had been admitted since he'd left that early early morning.

10:15 am - Infirmary - Matt is on his third cup of coffee already meeting Zeke for another set of rounds. "Hey." A weary greeting is on his face, he hoped he didn't look as if he had never slept.

10:15 am - Infirmary Zeke glanced up from hims clipboard at the greeting, frowned, nudged his glasses down from the top of his head, and offered a rather lazy smile. "Morning Sunshine." While Matt tried to look more alert than he felt, Zeke didn't bother with the charade. The other man was taller, hair cut similar in fashion to Horaces, but with a much better fashion sense. The Mist had seen him around the infirmary before, but had always either been too busy to bother with social interactions, too tired, or had other things on his mind. He was still busy, and he was still tired, but Matt had come to him. Possibly for work related reasons, but that would serve as an ice breaker as well as anything else.

10:16 am –Infirmary - There was a groan somewhere deep in Matt’s mind when the other hunter mentioned the word sunshine. Despite seeing the sunrise he was going along pretending that the last two days hadn’t merged into one long one. Zeke, was just a little shorter than him, short hair, glasses, and a tattoo that were more visible than his own underneath his rolled sleeve. He was aware of his name, but beyond that he didn’t have much to do with him than the occasional run in during shifts. He did have the same look on his face that Matt had, tired and too busy to do much of anything. “Rounds?” Noting the clipboard, similar to the one his hand. It was the first real conversation he had with the hunter.

10: 15 am - infirmary"Unfortunately." Ezekiel's eyes flicked down to the clipboard in Matt's hands, then up again. "But at least I'll have company today." He was perfectly capable of handling patients on his own, but having someone else around would help cut the monotony a bit, at least. "Shall we, then?" He made a sweeping gesture towards one of the dividers that served as wall and door in the makeshift infirmary tent.

Still recovering from unknown wounds received, Brie made her way to the infirmary to see if they had any bandages they might be willing to spare. Approaching the doorway, the red head knocked twice, just to make sure she wasn't intruding. "Sorry for bothering, but do you two know if there are any spare bandages laying around that I can use?" Kind of a dumb question really, as it was the infirmary. 10:18 - Infirmary Matt usually did most of his rounds on his own but with the whole makeshift camp and a few more hunters he was more than happy to welcome the help. There was the bonus of someone else to talk to than just patients for the entire day, maybe Zeke would prove to be interesting and it wouldn't be entirely boring. Before Matt could follow Zeke's gesture of leaving out of the tent an unfamiliar hunter entered looking for bandages. "Yes we have some but do you need help with anything?" Matt had his a typical here to help you smile on his face but a little bit of concern if something was wrong they should help instead of letting her handle it all on her own. Or at least maybe Zeke should if he didn't want to do rounds. Beejoux Sorry Matt is butting in on your Zeke biggrin

10:20 am - infirmaryA brow raised as someone approached them, then a smile as he turned to face the young woman. "If you need help with an injury, we're here to help." She didn't look wounded, but who could say what was hidden under that coat.

Her plan was just to get the bandages and go, and any other time, Brie would have turned down their offer to help- but seeing as how her medical knowledge was lacking, it couldn't hurt, right? "Erm.. Uh, okay. I'm pretty sure it's fine. It just needs a change of bandages." Hesitantly stepping, she slipped off her coat, lifting her shirt at her lower back to reveal her crude bandage wrapping skills.

10:20 AM Infirmary Matt handed the bandages to Zeke before picking up his clipboard again. He winced when looking at the hunter's attempt to wrapping her bandages before flashing a polite smile at the both of them. "If you don't mind taking care of her, I will go ahead and start the round. Come find me when your done if you can." Heading towards the exit he paused looking at the female hunter with the same polite smile. "He will have you wrapped up in no time your in good hands." There was more of a crooked grin however when he looked back at Zeke and slipped out.

3:15 am - Showers
Having only gotten three hours of sleep, Kyle sleepily dragged his feet to the communal showers in the hope that a hot shower would be just the thing to help wake him up. God forbid that he walked in on any hunter who were of the thinking that banging each other in the communal shower at three ******** am in the morning was grand.
Thankfully, he found only Zeke and none of that when he kicked the door open to let himself in, giving the other hunter a look and a grunt to acknowledge his presence before he disrobed to step under the hot water.

10:20 am - infirmaryFor as little passion as Ezekiel seemed to have for his job, he did take it seriously. The trainee moved her jacket, lifted the back of her shirt, and he was crouching down to get a better look at her patch job before Matt's departure had him looking up at the other man, noting the smile and returning it. "Naw, go ahead." It did mean a delayed start to rounds, and he was just fine with that. "I'll catch up in a bit." A gentle hand on Brie's side as he nudged the hem of her shirt up so he could see the extent of what needed to be rebandgaed. "So, you have a name?" He'd have to remove the existing dressings before he could see how bad the wound was. Straightening, he shifted that soft touch to her shoulder, directing her to one of the cots resting between a pair of curtains. "Come have a seat, and I'll get you taken care of."

As bad as her bandaging skills were, Brie thought she had done a pretty good job. But that was just her.
Giving the other man a wave as he left, her attention was directed at Zeke once again. "Sorry, I didn't mean to take up your time." In truth, she didn't realize just how busy hunter life could be, and this was just a small sample of hunter work.
"Brie. I only just enlisted not long ago." She answered, moving over to sit on the cot when steered in that direction. "Thanks for the help, umm.. what's your name?"

10:25 pm - infirmary"No need to apologize, this is my job, after all." He smiled, hooking a stool with his ankle and dragging it over so he could take a seat on it. "Are you one of the survivors from Delta?" It seemed they'd had a slight influx of newbies from there. There was a pause as offered her up a lazy smile, then he was rolling the stool around to the otherside of the cot so he could get at her back. "I'm going to need you to pull your shirt up and over your shoulders so it stays out of the way." "And I'm Ezekiel." 3:15 pm - showersIt wasn't as rare as it should have been, folks being up at odd hours of the night to take showers. At first it had seemed odd, now Zeke was used to it. As Kyle entered the shower he'd get a quick smile and a 'hey' from the Mist before he went back to massaging shampoo into his hair. "You're up late."

Nodding, she was at least a little relieved to hear she wasn't a complete burden.
"Erm, if by Delta, you mean Canada, then yes. To be honest, I haven't seen too many people from there. At least not from my group.." At this point, she was beginning to lose hope on seeing some friends again.
When asked to lift her shirt, Brie grabbed at the fabric, raising it over her shoulder as told. "Nice to meet you." Zeke received a small smile from the girl. "Have you been in Deus long?"
