 "The VG Tourney Simulator" Welcome to the Battle Tower! This facility is designed to test competitive battlers, be they new to the VGC format or hardened veterans. It will be simulated to mimic situations that apply to both Nationals and Worlds. While this is in no way affiliated with official VG tournaments, it is with hopes and expectations that this will undoubtedly help foster new skills and strategies.

 General Rules ~
1. There is an entry fee of 2 BP per battle. Both players must consent to this. Your BP will be subtracted from your count before the battle begins.
2. You must have a game card of Sun or Moon to participate in this format.
3. Like with an official VG tournament for Nationals and Worlds, the style is best out of three. This means that whoever gets 2 wins first wins the whole series of battles.
4. Legends not allowed as per the current VGC ruleset will not be allowed to participate (click on VG rules and formats). Additionally, the item "Soul Dew" is banned from this format.
5. All battles must be saved and have their battle video code PMed to either the Captain, Vice Captain, or myself. This is in order to determine the winner and loser of each match. First to reach best 2 out of 3 battles wins. Winner gets 4 BP, loser loses 2 BP.
6. DO NOT disconnect mid-battle. This will count as a loss against you. If there are any concerns with your internet, share it with one of the crew, the Vice Captain, or the Captain so that we'll know beforehand.
7. Be on time for your battle. If you do not show up at the appointed time and have not cancelled the battle beforehand, you will still lose BP for this.
***Make sure you PM the battle request to your opponent to one of the crew, Vice Captain, or the Captain so that we'll know. We'll help you set a date for the battle to begin.
