Order Side

• Hvergelmir can't fight Negaverse officers, but she'll still fight youma -- she's always happy to fight monsters with you :]
  
• Would you like to learn about Hvergelmir's knight oath? She'll talk about it with you~
  
• Hvergelmir is always looking to expand her network of knight, senshi, and Mauvian contacts -- I am cool with plain old meet-n-greets or anything else! She's very curious to learn more about how you feel about the war and why it is you, personally, fight.
  
• Hvergelmir is ALWAYS available to RP with other Cosmos knights. <3
  
• Are you an Order-side character looking to suffer a serious injury, or just looking to develop a low opinion of your own side? She may be able to help! I would really love to do stories where she has the opportunity to help an Order character out but she stands on the sidelines instead, in order to uphold her oath.
  
• Hvergelmir is looking to learn more about knight aspects for homeworlds whose knights she hasn't met yet. If you're a knight who's unlocked your aspected magic, she'd love to ask you to demonstrate it!

Dark Mirror Court

• Hvergelmir hasn't met many DMC senshi yet -- I would love for her to meet more of them!
  
• Despite her oath of non-aggression against Negaverse agents, she is of the belief a stance of neutrality in a war of injustice is neither neutral nor just, and that any service to Chaos is dangerous to you and to the world. She doesn't take well to people knowingly corrupting into the Dark Mirror Court, and will try to talk DMC senshi into purifying.
  
• Likewise, she does not have any oath of non-aggression against the Dark Mirror Court. If she sees you draining civilians, attacking one of her comrades, or anything else dangerous, she'll likely try to intervene.

Negaverse

• I'd always love for Hvergelmir to meet more Negas! She's taken a vow pledging not to fight any of you, except in self-defense, and she wants Negaversers to know she's not their enemy.
  
• Your Nega doesn't have to care that she swore an oath if you don't want them to -- she'll defend her life if she has to, until she can run away or is lucky enough to have someone come to her rescue.
  
• Or if you want a new friend, she'd love to be your new friend! She has no qualms about hanging out with Negas, and I'd love for her to make at least one Nega acquaintance that won't mind her company when they go out to drain energy/still starseeds/kill senshi and knights, so she can face the real consequences of her decision not to fight.
  
• Or if your character's looking to purify at some point, and you want them to talk to someone who badly wants to tell them how they've been lied to by the Negaverse and how they deserve to be free, she's definitely one of the knights who's all too happy to do that. It's what she's trying to accomplish with her oath -- to prove Order's not the enemy you've been led to believe.
  
• She's not terribly shy about information -- so if you're in the InfOs unit you may find she's very willing to tell you what she knows about knighthood and the war. In fact, she wants you to know, since she believes misinformation is at the heart of the war. Just about the only thing she won't share openly is information about mundane locations where knights gather or anything that might reveal a knight's identity/compromise their safety.
  
• Or, if you're in the Infiltration unit, you'll find she has an extremely willing ear and is terribly interested in your sales pitch! She'll do her best to convince you of her points, but she doesn't mind hearing you out too -- in fact, she'd always love to learn more about why you fight for the things you fight for. She doesn't intend to join the Negaverse army, but if she felt some part of their cause was just, she'd fight for it as the knight she is. (Note: I don't have any plans for Hvergelmir to change sides, so she's not going to have any plots that end in her corrupting to the Negaverse -- but I'm willing to explore the possibility of her fighting on their side without corrupting if the circumstances would make sense.)
  
• If you just plain want to test her oath, I'm open for all kinds of plots around that! Do you want to pit your philosophy against hers? Let's do it. Do you just plain not care about her philosophy or the reason for this war and you just want to ******** with her head? Let's do it.
  
• Knights who changed sides/Corrupted senshi -- With any characters who were once on the side of Order in this lifetime and now serve Chaos, she really wants to understand your story. What happened to you? Were you threatened? If you chose this, why? Are you happy? What does it feel like? Are you sure you don't want to change back?
  
• Corrupted cats -- same deal -- what happened, why do you serve the Negaverse? She'll try to convince corrupted cats to change sides, but what's more, to try and get their corrupted senshi out, especially if she learns about Ascension. She assumes a guardian cat will feel a drive to protect their senshi from being locked out of the reincarnation cycle forever, if nothing else -- they're guardian cats, right? Even if they serve the Negaverse, isn't that going too far?
  
• Negas she's met before -- I'd totally love to RP again!

PASTLIFE PLOTTING
Information about Hvergelmir's wonder and about her pastlife incarnation can be found here. If you'd like to have met/known/had some kind of character connection with an itinerant Cosmos knight who likes to blow into town, spend tons of money, have a few laughs, and disappear the next morning -- or if you want to be someone Hvergelmir met with in a diplomatic capacity -- or in her capacity as a space explorer -- or starseed ferrier -- please let me know! I would love to plot with you! In her past life she was lots of fun, but not known for sticking around too long, so she has the potential to have had both good and bad relationships with people.

If you're interested in doing an RP with Laney/Hvergelmir, please just hit me up here or on AIM (LoreleiY) and we can toss around some ideas. I'd love to plan just about anything! Laney's chatty and intrusive, and that means it's pretty easy to come up with some kind of a scenario for her to interact with someone even if it's just as civilians, but I would also love lots of powered RPs. :3

Order Side

• BETRAY YOUR FRIENDS FOR FUN AND PROFIT!!! Quartz is looking to make alliances with Order-aligned individuals who are willing to barter information in exchange for their own safety, or even just out of pity. After a short time, this will lead to an official status and a related item, and you will get to betray your friends even more in exchange for even more safety! Make a Nega friend, get special treatment if you're ever captured. biggrin If you have a character who would throw other characters under the bus, COME AND SEE ME. Or quest for one. biggrin biggrin biggrin I am open to this whether or not you're interested in your character someday corrupting -- Quartz is not pro-corruption and won't generally push the idea on people, so it's no-pressure.
  
• Or, if you want to be the subject of someone else's information handout, or just be spied on and have your patrol route/usual haunts tracked and recorded, Quartz does that! Whatever information Quartz collects gets passed on to the Special Operations branch, so I would love to set up ambush plots based on Quartz's gathered intel.
  
• I ALWAYS NEED BATTLE REQUIREMENTS. QUARTZ IS NON-AGGRESSIVE BUT HE WILL DEFINITELY FIGHT HARD IF ATTACKED.

Dark Mirror Court

• Quartz has had little interaction with DMC senshi and no set stance on them, as yet. I would love more interactions to help solidify how he approaches their faction!

Negaverse

• Quartz is a captain now -- he needs lieutenants! Would you like your new lieutenant to serve under the Negaverse's own Haymitch Abernathy? Serving under Quartz means you have a captain who will: (1) push all his busy work onto you, including his energy quota; (2) expect you to learn to be a good spy and not ******** everything up; (3) be generally sour and unpleasant, but; (4) also come to your aid quickly and decisively if you're under attack and call for him in battle (unless you ******** something up for him with an Order-side informant). You'll get good training from a captain who appears to possibly hate you and is lazy and drunk all the time, but who will make sure you have all the tools you need to succeed in the Negaverse. If you've ever wanted your character to hate their CO but maybe also not hate their CO, then Quartz might be the captain for you.
  
• If you like the Negaverse, and you're in the Negaverse, he hates you. Quartz is terrible at getting along with his coworkers, but I love playing that out!
  
• EXCEPT IF YOU'RE A NEGA MAUVIAN. He loves Nega Mauvians. They are his favorite, because they can mask auras -- which means not getting attacked all the time just for going outside powered up. He wants to cozy up to any Nega Mauvians -- it never hurts to have powerful allies in your pocket.
  
• Quartz has a polearm he's still learning to use! If your character is a spear-user and would be willing to teach him spear techniques, let's do it! He is a competent if DEEPLY UNCHEERFUL student.
