fleet report Berlin is one of four feien from the MhtWis breeding who have opted to transfer to Gaia as one group. The full group is Brunswick, Munich, Berlin, and Bavaria. (Ingolstadt, while also frm the same breeding, is not a member.) Their decision to transfer was the result of a group pact. All four have aspirations of power they don't believe can be realized within the confines of the Fleet, and the advantage that they are all allied as a single unit towards the procurement of that power. Their little group has been unofficially (and unflatteringly) dubbed the Brat Pack, or Bratwurst Pack, by several Fleet members.
Berlin is the "support" of the group. He's seen as being the quietest and most agreeable and tends to follow the lead of the stronger, more forceful personalities. He can be a good voice of reason when planning, since he's not prone to grandiose schemes or flights of fancy. His lack of focus is sometimes an issue with the others, but on the whole he's very necessary for the group dynamic.
His former bond was CommTech Kyle Fisher, a quiet, nervous young man with a nice disposition. There was no animosity between the two, nor was there any animosity between Berlin and the Fleet in general. His decision to transfer to Gaia was based solely on the fact that the rest of the group was going. He's seen as a mild to medium security risk to the Fleet, but because he is part of the group, has undergone medium memory erasure to erase knowledge of Fleet locations and some personnel. He may remember members of the Fleet he has met previously, he may not. His memories with his broodmates are intact, though some aspects may be slightly foggy. stats
