Well...If its before Fallout 3 and Dogmeat is the same dog...then that makes you the former owner who got killed. :3 But Im betting its another of the Vault Dwellers dogmeats descendents.

According to bethesda fallout takes place a few months after fallout 3. So i doubt its one of dog meats decendents.plus dog meat from fallout 3 is an aussie farm sog while this dog looks to be a german sheperd.

Fallout 3 had Fawkes, a god tier super mutant, new vegas had that nightkin grandma, who I unfortunately didn't use much, I hope we get a docile mirelurk as a companion or something in 4

Is it? Do you know? smile i think one of the devs said in an interview that it's either the original or a descendant.. I haven't really seen interviews since the E3 reveal.
