Inspiration: Elvis Presley
Notes on Design: This is a cosplay of Elvis. My requests for the design is that he have an elvis-inspired bit of bang/hair flop, and that tuft of bang be black. Otherwise it would be nice if the main body design is inspired by Elvis's trademark white sparkly jumpsuits, but a jumpsuit itself would just look odd, so perhaps white with some gold stars in some random pattern instead? I'm leaving this mostly open to whichever artist ends up workin on this, because I'm pretty sure as soon as I say 'Elvis Presely inspired' and name him 'The King' everyone knows who I'm taking about and gets a little inspiration. I think though, if his head/neck are all black, and his body (color change following the lineart's shoulder) white, that would look cool. You may not even need further design on the body (I don't want it to really look like clothes....). His tail-tuft could be black too?
Notes on personality: I'm going to go with the theme here and saw he's showy and likes attention. I can say every time I rp him I'd be imagining the Rock-A-Doodle movie and Elvis himself, as he seemed in shows, active, upbeat, and dancing funkily.
