 This is a 1x1 yaoi roleplay between Grell S - Bloody Mistress and Ukaia about a seme male witch and an uke male neko. This roleplay takes place in Victorian Era London, an alternate dimension of it where it's normal to perform magic, and supernatural beings exist together.

In this alternative version of Victorian England supernatural creatures can roam freely among mortals, getting along with them perfectly thanks to a peace treaty that's been signed many many years ago. Witches were free to practice their craft, werewolves were allowed to be themselves on the night of the full moon as long as the humans remember to get their Lunar Shots that would prevent them from becoming one as well, and vampires are allowed to drink from blood banks, and participating hospitals. Two such creatures are the main focus of this roleplay, a neko, and a witch. The witch's name is Yami Enzeru, and he transfered here from Japan, wanting to study the dark magicks of England, and has been here for nary five years time. This story starts at night, and the moon in the sky is a last quarter moon, two away from a full moon, and Yami had learned enough to set up his dark magic shoppe in England for all those looking to curse someone for a short period of time, or the simple love spell to make someone obsessively in love with you. He did it all, and what was going to transpire next he had not a clue.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++  Dream counted himself lucky. He'd heard of what kind of freaks and things the original ones who had come out had been called. The fact he could walk freely among human and non with hardly anyone looking at him oddly for his grey skin with stripes, and violet hair was something that he was always relieved about. He'd grown up fairly normally, well as normally as someone who was a neko. He was currently in the process of working up the ranks of Butler, but to be honest. He wasn't good at it.
It wasn't that he himself wasn't good at it, He worked hard and studied and learned the manners and ways he should go about things. But it was his luck, usually leaving him in the wrong spot and wrong time situations. Ones that got him/his trainer/ friends dirty or in worst cases hurt. He'd also had that kind of luck with people who had stolen, somehow winding up being the one who was accused, even if it was kind of obvious it wasn't him.
He sighed as he pulled his hair from the leather strap holding it back. he'd just been dismissed from the most recent place he'd been learning how to become a butler. That was after he'd managed to not only trip and spill tea all over his trainers guests. But those guests were a new potential client, who actually had left in rate over the hot tea al over them. He sighed a bit.
"What is up with my luck.. " he muttered. Dream had never understood it.. why was his luck so abysmally bad? He'd been looked at for hexes or curses, and nobody had ever found anything. It was just as if he seemed to generate bad luck over all. He did pause when he saw there was a shop here that hadn't been before. He'd been away for a couple weeks attempting to impress his last trainer.
"I wonder what this is selling?" he said curiously as he turned looking at the shop. Well if it was open, then he might as well check it out.

Yami had been in the back of his shop reading some Shakespeare when he heard the tiny bell atop of his entrance door into his shoppe, and he smiled before putting the book down after saving his place, and got up from his chair. When he went into the front of the store he saw a rather curious neko whom looked quite adorable. "Pardon me, but are you a butler? Just asking. Also my name is Yami Enzeru, and I sell all matters of black magicks within these walls. May I interest you in something? Also do you have a Master to serve for?"

"Well aren't you just the cutest little gentleman?" He smiled warmly at him before going over to one of his shelves and came back with a bottle before handing it to him. It was called Good Luck Brew. "You just pour this into your next cup of tea and all your bad luck shall go away. This kind of power isn't cheap though. Do you by any chance have 500 shillings on you?"

He frowned a bit when the other said that he couldn't afford his magic, and then gave him his terrible life story. He felt rather bad for this really cute kitty so then he smirked before placing the vial into his hands anyways. "Well then please allow me to make an offer that you simply can't afford to refuse. Come live with me and work for me in my mansion as my butler, and this here potion comes free of charge just for you. There's no need to apologize, I just want to help a kitty in need."

He chuckled a bit from how nervously cute the other male was being to his offer for a job and a better home, but he then frowned a bit when he placed the vial back into his hands, practically telling him no. He didn't need to know his qualifications, plus if the other broke his things then he could just use magic to- CRASH!!!! He got a bit of a sweat drop as the other backed up into the shelves he had for knocking someone out for a few hours, knowing that now he had the magic all over him he would be unconscious in a few minutes time. "You wouldn't ruin my business I can just fix everything like this." He then used his magic to fix the broken bottles and shelving unit, but he was going to have to brew all of that stuff again. Well it only took about fifteen minutes each bottle, so it wasn't so bad.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ He coughed as he the liquids spilled all over him, the strong scents made his eyes water. He blinked, a few times as Yami spoke.
"I'm so sorry about that!!" He said quickly to him, he felt embarrassed and flustered. Just how much had he spilled, how much would this cost him? How was he going to pay it of!! Dream didn't know what the liquids were that had soaked in his uniform, but he was slowly feeling himself starting to get drowsy. He watched as the vials that he'd broken were repaired quickly, though his eyes kept trying to shut.
"Ah.. that's.. really nice that you.. can... so.. th..a.." he slurred a bit. The glass was repaired.. how much was the liquid.. the one had been 500.. But his mind was getting foggy and eyes drifted shut with out his permission. In just a few more moments, he was out cold, his head tilted slightly to the side and his violet hair sticking a bit to his face from having gotten wet. His tail flicked lightly as the liquid worked on him, putting him into a deep sleep. Something he could use, just not now. And how long would he be out?!? Good thing he'd been fired.. he didn't have to work tomorrow. Though rent would be due soon.

"No again it's quite alright since everything is already fixed, but you are going to owe me a lot of money when you wake up again. Those spells aren't cheap you know." He chuckled a bit as the other became passed out. "Well looks like it's time to close shop a bit early today. I've got a sleepy kitten on my hands." He used magic to turn off the lights and lit candles instead, and changed the open sign to closed before he picked up the knocked out neko and teleported them to his mansion home and laid him down on a bed in a guest bedroom, the one he was planning on giving him. In another instant he read the others mind to see where he lived before taking a checkbook and paid his rent up for him, went into the others room, packed up all his things, and placed them all into the guest room Dream was sleeping in. He did all this in at least an hour, and spent the rest of the seven hours sitting in the guest room with him, reading a book and drinking his monthly dose of donated blood from the local hospital.

"Ah so the sleeping kitten is finally awake." He book the book away before going over to help him to where the bathroom was at. "I'll answer a few questions since you can't even ask them quite yet. This is my mansion you're in, and this is th guest room I've given you for you and your things. Yes your rent is all paid up at your other apartment because I took care of it, and in order to pay me back for everything you cost me you're going to take my kind offer to work for me, and that vial of luck still belongs to you."
