Layla brightened at the wonder of travel, and felt something ache deep inside. It could only be described as longing. She wanted to see the world, no matter where she went she knew there would be new things to see. But she seldom left Solaris's temple, and had no clue where to start. When Marco mentioned never having met a god, she perked up a little. "Well, I mean... If you ever wanted to meet one, I could help you. But that's only if you wanted. You might find someone who you want to follow, someone whose beliefs align with your own, or you might not. Either way, it's all good! Everyone has their own path...r-right? Yours is travel! Yes! Travel, it sounds so...enlightening." She allowed herself a moment to picture the forests and deserts and oceans, and was almost engulfed by her thoughts, even if only for a brief moment. Refocusing on the handsome pockettu in front of her, she was able to smile with a new-found confidence.

Marco smiled brightly and then said "Sure I don't mind meeting your god, I don't know if I'll ever follow a god or just follow the paths I desire. Maybe your god would give you permission to travel for a while??" He asked

Layla beamed at the thought, and spoke quietly yet cheerfully. "Yes, I do believe he would! And you can follow whatever path you want as long as it makes you happy...that's what we're all looking for, right?" She laughed softly, continuing to imagine the wonders of travel. "Y-You wouldn't mind me tagging along on these travels and adventures...would you? I would surely need a guide, would you be that person?" Layla blushed, unsure of whether he would accept or not.

Marco smiled "Yup everyone should seek what makes them happy" and he grinned at her when she asked about him being her guide. "I would be more than happy for you to travel with me, I don't know everything. We can discover knew places and things together"

Layla had never felt so overcome with joy before. She would have the opportunity to see the world! It took her a moment to find the words to express herself and her gratitude. "The journey and the discovery is what makes it exciting, wouldn't you say? I...I cannot thank you enough." She couldn't keep her smile off her face, she had finally found her path.

Marco smiled "The chance to hang out with you and get to know you is thanks enough to me Layla" Marco said honestly "I hope we can meet your god sometimes soon, so we can plan a trip"

Layla grinned, happy to hear the honesty within Marco's words. "Yes of course, I might ask him today after watering the garden. I promise to let you know what he says and make a plan so that we can go on this adventure." - - - - - - - - - (Hey! So I was wondering exactly where you wanted this relationship to go. Did you intend for a friendship/travel buddy, or a more romantic fling/mate path? I don't mind either, but if it is fling/mate, let me know which you prefer? Thanks!)

Marco smiled "I can't wait to see you again" (I think a mate plot would be great if your up for it. Marco strikes me as the confident, committed type. Not a two timer razz )

Layla smiled back, "Neither can I, so I shall not make waste of time. Thank you... Thank you for being there for me." (I completely agree, in fact I originally [and might still] have her down for mate only. Would you like to create a breeding agreement?)
