Now feeling much better than she had in a long time, Brie decided to keep Rook company, hoping that his mood might improve by talking. Just by being with others, she had found that it helped her sanity quite a lot. So if she could do the same for him..
"So how are you and Cecil doing? Last time I saw you both, you were kind of.." She paused, trying to think of the right words. "Tense.."

There was a long pause before Rook answered, though a frown was clearly present on his face. "I honestly don't know. The guy is a wreck--and this is Cecil, you don't know him as well as I do, but trust me when I say, that he is far from okay. The sooner we get him out of here the better." And that went for all of them. There was no way any of them would survive this place for much longer. There was just too many things happening.
"What about you? Did you guys finally find your friend you were looking for? Who was it... November?" He gave her a curious look, but still kept a steady pace as he wandered the hallways. OOC  [ Infection Rate ]: 20/100 Rook's HP: 29/50 Map Pieces: 5/5 Character's name: Rook

Brie lips pulled down into a small frown. The idea of Cecil being hurt, sad or upset..she didn't even want to imagine what that would look like. He was always so sweet and gentle.. to see him hurting.. "Well, if we find him, we'll just have to cheer him up, now won't we?" First thing she was going to do when she found him, was give a great big hug.
Brie offered Rook a sideways glance, unsure if the name mess up was on purpose or completely innocent. "Yes. We found, October. He was.. changed. This place, or something else is messing with everyone. He's back to as he was though. I hope that means Eights is safe as well.." After seeing Eights and October as twisted as they looked in those forms- she shuddered at the thought.
"Good, God, you'd think with the amount of time we spent in this hospital, we might be able to figure out which way we are headed. I still don't have a clue!"

"He's..." He hesitated, still not quite sure what to say on the matter. "searching for a friend." It was true, but honestly, Rook was still unsure if what Cecil was desperately searching for was his friend or merely a shadow of her. Literally. But perhaps seeing Brie will help him calm down a little. She did seem to come off as soothing towards others, where as to him she was like sand paper. "We'll keep an eye out for him, but don't be too surprised if he's a little uhh... on edge."
When Brie corrected him on the name, he gave a snap of his fingers. He knew it was a month name, he just couldn't remember which. "How do you mean changed?" He asked. Did she mean mentally? Physically? Or both? "Ates is here? I thought he got mixed up in that restaurant fiasco." Of course, he wouldn't have remembered encountering the deranged form of what was assumed to be 888. After all, it hadn't been him.
"Its probably just another fun feature of this warped place." He muttered. For all they knew, they could be going around in circles.

"A friend?" She asked, curious. Did they lose someone? Was that a big part of the reason Cecil was depressed?
Brie nodded, making sure to be careful around the big guy. If he was in the state Rook was in earlier.. it was gonna take some time to get through to him. Hopefully things would go well.
"He was.. mutated almost. Kind of shadow like. He took a completely different form, but still looked familiar. Kind of like Eights did." Curious, she shot Rook a look. "You were with us when we fought, Eights. Don't you remember? Man, this place must really be effecting his mind.
"Probably. She answered. Come on, lets head this way."
