The Knight’s approach was not unexpected since she had sensed his wandering approach when his aura was close enough to brush against her conscience. Nonetheless, Acrucis canted her head to the side, confusion written in her demeanor from the worry he displayed.
“I’m okay,” she lied. The lack of smile she normally wore and mix of sorrow in her perplexed expression only served to contradict her statement.
“I’m sorry… I- I don’t know what you mean by Benitoite said he would help me. It’s been several months since I last saw him.” And by months she meant nearly three quarters of a year. There was one point, back in early July, where she thought she may have finally found him. However, it was only a voice echoed in a dark corridor.
A bloodbath fight for survival in a place unlike any nightmare she had ever experienced. And in the end, without having actually laid eyes on the short blond General, there was no way of knowing if Benitoite was ever actually there to begin with or if her imagination and fear of the situation had played a cruel trick on her wear mind. It made Acrucis’ heart ached at not knowing.
Cerulean colored eyes regarded the Knight of Jupiter.
“Are you alright?” She asked motioning for him to take a seat beside her on the swing to her left. Small pieces of wood chips clung to her blue fleece blanket that wrapped around her bare legs, a small attempt at keeping warm as the nights grew colder. The question was more so in regards to recent events when they, and a group of other Knights and Senshi went to Maia in an attempt to save their beloved friend. However, it was also a general inquiry since it has been a while since the two of them actually spoke.
