In the present day modern world, there is a certain college in this particular town, a quaint medium sized town, big enough to be considered a small city. As with all colleges, there are several years of students and cliques and so on. But while the college is very much a town itself within the small city, the college crowd do interact with the rest of the city.

Anyway, life is pretty typical and normal with college full of all types of people. Recently, this one wealthy student held a party at his house. However, no one showed causing him to make the news and declare that he was going to curse everyone for not going. No one paid him mind because he was a drama queen.
But.... a couple months later... some members of the college community began to exhibit strange abilities.... such as a female music exchange student who simply could no longer turn people down.
