Pumpkin Spice was taking over the world. There was no other way to describe what was happening. Every store you went to, be it a food store or even a store that just had soaps and lotions…all they wanted to do was shove pumpkin spice down your throat. Lysithea was standing in front of her favorite bagel shop, shaking her head in disgust as she saw the big signs in the window advertising the pumpkin bagel with pumpkin spread.
Was there anyone left in the world who just didn’t like pumpkin? Was she truly alone? Why was this orange ribbed vegetable taking over the entire planet?
If they would just let it stay around all year long…it wouldn’t be this much of a big deal…but noooo. It had to be a seasonal item that everyone lost their minds for. Ridiculous.
She paused, feeling someone nearby…a chaos someone. Maybe this would be a good opportunity to spread the word that she was itching to spread. Down with pumpkin spice. Down with that nasty stuff. She didn’t want to pick a fight…not tonight. It was too nice out.
Tonight was a chatty night.

Machholz was out again. She licked her lips as she stepped through a mirror that somehow didn't break in the middle of the city. Her flowing hair with the fading green hombre was the last thing to leave the mirror, causing an almost liquid like ripple through it. With a hum the black clad DMS wandered down the alleyway and let her gold eyes scan civilians who barely cast her a second glance. She was good at blending in even when dressed funny. The smell of pumpkin spice filled her nose and the girl shivered and grinned. She loved pumpkin spice so much. Too bad it only happened during fall and winter. Somewhere in her mind she felt the tickling of an Order aura and she almost stopped mid-step. Her eyes narrowed and she started to look around with a hard squint. "Hm..." Did she want to risk it? Erythrite would tell her to run or scout it out and fight if she thought she could take the other. Her fighting had definitely improved, but if this Order thing was Eternal or a Knight she was screwed. "Interesting..."

Lysithea wasn’t sure if she should move towards the chaos figure that was nearby or let the person come to her…of course…it could be Merlinite or Sanidine…and well…
Move towards the person seemed like the best bet.
God she missed Merlinite something awful.
With a happy little skip she made her way to the other aura and blinked, frowning. “Oh. You’re not who I hoped you’d be…um…I’m Lysithea. Senshi of Unicorns. Who might you be?”
There was no need for a fight. Not tonight. As she had said before. It was too dang nice out. Besides…fighting only lead to people getting hurt…and while that let her use her magic…it would suck if she was the one who got hurt because she was so useless in the healing of herself. So lame.
The girl was very pretty, she loved the black and green together. “You look like you’re all ready for Halloween and I love it.”

A white eyebrow arched high as the other prattled on after finding her. Machholz let her arms cross just under her breasts and shook her head. "....Machholz of poison. I'm not ready for Halloween. This is just my uniform for my faction." She shifted to dust off her black and green skirt before gold eyes looked up at the other again. A finger went to her black painted lips as she gave a little smile. "Unicorns, hm? I must say, I've never thought there'd be a senshi of unicorns..." It was so obvious what this one's sphere was. What with the horn and all. "No tail?" Okay, she might be mocking just a little bit. She wasn't exactly on their side anymore.

Ohhh…Poison. Lysithea was kind of intrigued. “I know it’s not you being ready for Halloween, it just you remind me of Halloween, I’m a pretty big fan of the holiday…” She gave a little smile and shrugged. “Yeah, no tail for me, but that’s okay. I have the horn on my uh…tiara, so that’s pretty cool.”
She wasn’t sure that the girl was really being friendly but…she was sure trying to be at least a little friendly…she had nothing…well not that much against a lot of people who were on the chaos side…there was still good in a lot of them, she knew that for sure.
“What are you up to tonight? Anything fun? Or just up to no good?” She tried to just keep a smile on her face and make it into a joke, but she was hoping that it didn’t turn into her being rude, that was not her intention, not at all.

Oh she was trying so hard, this little Order senshi. Machholz was reigning back the urge to punch the girl in the face just for wearing that much white, but she didn't really want to battle. Not yet. Instead the Dark Mirror Senshi pushed a hand through her bangs and painted a smile on her face as she tried to relax her posture. It couldn't be so bad, right? Did Erythrite fight all the Order senshi? That was something she had to talk to her about. "Oh, you know, I'm kind of just out, stretching my legs. Seeing if I can find any other Dark Mirror Senshi to add to my collection of contacts, be friends with." Not exactly a lie. She really needed to meet more of them. "You?"

Dark Mirror Senshi, hm? Lysithea strained her brain, trying to think if she had ever met any of those…
The more she thought about it…well there had been that one, the one talking about family and all that jazz. “I did meet one of you guys before…I can’t really remember his name, it was ages ago…Aveyeore maybe? I don’t even know. But he was saying how you’re not so bad and you’re a big family and all that stuff, so that’s pretty cool. I hope you find a lot and make lots of friends.”
She gave a smile and finally just gestured to the big sign advertising the pumpkin. “I’m really just…I was going to do something, but then I got distracted by the nice breeze and started lamenting that everything was becoming pumpkin flavored. I’m not that much of a fan of pumpkin…but I like the promise of the Christmas flavors that are coming, I love peppermint. I think Easter has some great flavors too though. I’m a huge fan of Easter candy.”

"I haven't actually met a male dark mirror senshi yet," she admitted with a casual shrug of her shoulders. It was odd how much more comfortable she was talking to random people on the streets than an Order senshi while she was powered up. Still, she resisted the urge to reach over and slap the other girl in the face for a friendly interaction. "...We're different then. I quite enjoy pumpkin spiced flavored everything and go rather crazy with it. Candles, drinks, foods.." There was a more relaxed tone as she talked about that and just tapped her lip with a fingernail. "..Fall is my favorite time, second only to winter, when the peppermint flavored things seem more appropriate..." She shrugged and then put her hands behind her back and relaxed visibly, nodding to herself. "Not too fond of Easter. The candy, sure, but the amount of children running around.." Apparently she wasn't a child person. She didn't know that about herself.

Lysithea nodded. “I like the idea of fall, and I love the look of it, I think it’s the prettiest time of year, followed by winter, of course…and I love the weather in the fall, I wish we could just have constant fall weather all year round, that would be the best.”
This was getting kind of difficult..this girl just seemed so…disinterested in talking…and that kind of made Lysithea sad. It was so strange that some of the people on the side of chaos were more than willing to talk…or uh. Kiss her…and others wanted to kill her…or just didn’t seem to give a s**t…
If they could all just be friends things would go a lot smoother, that was for sure.
“Well, I um…” She wracked her brain to try and think of something funny or witty or even interesting to say…but found nothing but cobwebs…which was fitting for the time of year, she supposed.
“…I guess I should just be on my way, then…It was really nice to meet you, and I hope you get all of the pumpkin spiced everything and have a great fall…maybe we’ll run into each other again sometime, I’d like that. You seem pretty nice.” She flashed a smile and held out a hand.
It wasn’t hard being friendly.

Wasn't hard for her, but for Machholz it was. She reached out and took the girl's hand in her own and gave it a firm shake. "...It was nice talking to you. I... mean that. I'm just not the best conversationalist." Until you got to know her, or she got comfortable with a person. Which, from a brief meeting, wasn't going to happen unless you were clad in black and on her side. Sorry, sugar. She did try. "...I hope we see each other again, Lysithea. I wouldn't mind talking with you again. Maybe I can find something of interest next time. It's just been... a long day for me." She rubbed her face with her hand and then popped her fingers before sighing. "Be careful out there. Lots of.... not so nice of us out there."

Well. There it was. Lysithea gave a very warm smile and nodded eagerly. “You be careful out there too! If you ever need anything and you can find me…I can heal people, so that’s a good thing to have, so uh…I’d be happy to help you if you ever needed it, that’s just what I do…so…”
She gave a wave. “So um…see you around Machholz!” With another smile, the senshi hopped onto the roof of a building and made her way back home.
Maybe she could start to get a reputation as a neutral party…maybe. Then again, maybe not. Who even knew.
