It was when she rounded a corner that she saw her.

Out of everything she had seen so far, she hadn't banked on this. But then it shouldn't have come as a surprise, considering what else she had just experienced. After seeing so many illusions, this should be just another one she had to put up with.

And yet..it hurt so much. She hadn't seen her in so long, had been so worried. Had she made it out okay? Was she safe? What about the rest of them? These questions had plagued her mind for so long, and sometimes she would have dreams, or more appropriately, nightmares, where she would witness the undying attacking them, feasting on their bodies, then watched in horror as they would rise themselves to come after her...

But she looked fine, healthy. Nothing appeared out of the ordinary.

"Mom..." She choked out a cry, taking a step forwards. She just wanted to hug her mother and be held for a while, feeling safe and protected in her arms. "Where have you been? Is everyone else alright? I was so worried about you!"

She waited for a response, and when it came, she wished she had been stabbed instead.

"How could you be so selfish."

Not again. Oh please no..this couldn't be a illusion, not here, not now.

"Mom...please." She had done so well so far not to cry. It was pretty amazing feet considering, but that threatened to be undermined as she felt the familiar tightness in her throat. Her mother still going on, picking just the right words to wound her heart.

"Why didn't you come to find us? We were waiting for you ,waiting for you to come and rescue us. But you never came. Do you know how long we were waiting for?" She shook her head, a cynical smile spread across her face. "I guess it doesn't matter now. It's too late for any of that. Plus, it's not like you really cared about us in the first place."

"It's not true!" Kammy cried out. "I tried to, I really did I-"

"You always spent more time with your games then you did with us." It spat out the words, as well as her teeth. "You never cared for us, always more concerned with yourself." Now one side of her face had been eaten away, exposing muscle, sinew, and bone, one eye rolling around in it's socket. Always lazy, never bothering to help out." The more she spoke, the more her body deteriorated, until was just like any other infected. And even then she continued with her accusations, even as her body faded away into the mist.

"I've never been so ashamed..."

Her mother left, but her words stayed.

OOC: SCENARIO 3

Scenario requirements: Your character turns the corner and is suddenly greeted by an apparition of character of your choice, from either this meta OR from before it in their lives that was important to them. That character begins to talk to them, as if they were that person (just rp it out yourself for that part, as this is what your character THINKS is that character). Your character is CONVINCED that this is this person, and they are alive.

The apparition begins to accuse your character of things. They could be anywhere from "why are you making these choices" to "you did __ wrong". You feel paranoia and regret. If you are rping with multiple characters, for this part, you CANNOT see anything other than the apparition. The more they talk, the more the apparition's face, and body begins to rot, as if rapidly going through the stages of the infection. At the very end, you are left talking to an Infected version of the apparition, before it dissolves away. Their accusations never leave you

When the event is over, add +10 infection to your character's infection meter.
