It will start with only 3 rangers (myself as Blue, plus two male characters as Red and Yellow) - but by the end we will have 5-6.
There is also roles for the badguys - monsters that are a cross between Animal and Oni, with a shadow theme.

Over millennia ago, twelve wizards from an ancient society were faced with the task of protecting the Earth from an evil Cult known as The Shadow Clan - humans who sold their soles and cast aside their human forms to the darkness for more power
The wizards sealed the power of eleven Shadow Monsters into masks that would grant them the power to fight the The Shadows, by using there own powers against them. The wizards then entrusted the masks to eleven brave warriors to fight the Leader of the Shadows, Lord Jigoku, head on. However the battle cost the lives of ten of the warriors, leaving one to fight the monster alone. The remaining warrior used the magic of the eleven masks to seal the Dark Lord within a twelfth mask, ending a century long war. With their leader gone, The Shadow were forced to hide behind the light, never to be seen again.
During a high school field trip to a local museum, two students find themselves in front of the first Shadow Clan to appear in over a thousand years…
Now the masks are free and scattered around the world. It is up to a new generation to gather the masks and seal The Shadow away once more.
