Tirla and Vatsa
Were blessed, in their very first breeding attempt with three lovely baskets.
And one of those baskets is looking for a loving and attentive owner! But that's not all!
Each of the baskets will have a goat familiar of his or her very own!
And an extra goat, as well as a hummingbird and songbird familiar will be given out as well!
1. This is a user run give away and will not count towards your monthly freebies. 2. While we can not enforce it, we do ask that if you enter for the basket, you plan to at least background plot the character. We understand not everyone has time for rp but we love Tirla and Vatsa and don't want to see their babies end up as nothing more than sig candy. 3. We do not know genders, but they are from an unedited breeding, so please be aware these are not going to have their parents edits. 4. Do Not complain, beg, or push. Do Not discourage anyone else or otherwise be a bad sport. We don't expect problems, we know you are all amazing people, but we reserve the right to remove someone from a chance at the basket and familiars if we feel their behavior warrents it. 5. Please conform to Gaia and Soquili rules and guidelines at all times.

This is an Earned Raffle Contest!
What that means:
* You will have the opportunity to earn tickets.
* Every entry can earn you between 1 and 3 tickets.
* Each entry Must be unique and yours - No Proxies!
* We reserve the right to withhold a ticket from entires that don't at meast make a minimal effort.
Why are we doing it this way?
I have always felt like trying to pick one person's hard work on an entry over another's is both stressful for me and frustrating for those entering. It's hard pouring yourself into an entry and not really knowing if it is enough, what is really being looked for, if there will be slant towards friends, if you were even close. Not to mention, I always want everyone who puts forth the effort to win. But since that isn't possible, I would like to give everyone a chance. But those who work harder/do more/fit what we're looking for should have a better chance than someone who just pops in and only takes five minutes on the attempt.
How this works:
There will be several 'prompts' that you can attempt. Aren't good at writing? There will be art prompts. Aren't good with serious? There will be fun entry options.
This allows for all different skills to have an option to shine, and gives us more fun things to look through. And, again, it gives better odds to those who work harder.
Each entry grants one ticket towards the raffle.
LydaLynn and CitrusCupcake can also grant an additional ticket per entry if we are really impressed, like the idea, etc.
This means you can get up to three tickets per entry.
At the end we will use the random number generator to deturmine four winners. The basket with a goat, and three additional familiar winners.

The Family:
Tirla is a flier! She loves being in the sky, constantly moving from place to place. She is an ace in the air, quick and nimble. She wouldnt give it up for anything, not even family. After all, her father was also a flier and the skies called him stronger than any mare or children. Tirla knew she was just like him and she never thought that would change. Then a storm grounded her and she met an amazing stallion as she was seeking shelter. He turned her world upside down. She tried to flee when the rains stopped, but her heart had already been stolen.
Vatsa had loved and lost, but his heart was still open. He mostly stayed near his family, but wandered from them, needing to find his own way. When a rain drenched mare needed a place to weather the storm he lead her to shelter. He offered her a place to call home and chased her when the promise spooked her into flight, even though he knew he couldn't keep up on the ground.

This can rhyme like Dr. Seuse, it can be innocent and simple, or a tale of adventure and romance. PLEASE read the rp and base it on that. A little creative license is okay, but this should have more than passing resemblance to the rp. Prompt 4From the Foal's Perspective - this is an RP prompt, please use one of the prompts below Prompt 4.1 - Wings! Tirla is giving her foals with wings flying lessons. Does this include you? How does this make you feel? How do you view your sibling who are/are not part of the lesson. Prompt 4.2 - Flowers! Tirla and Vatsa are constantly sharing flowers with eachother. How do you understand this and what do you think it means? You find a particularly lovely flower, do you share it with anyone? Prompt 4.3 - A Day at Play! Entry:
Volya-
*Finding freedom : If she has wings or not, Volya will long for freedom. The feeling of wind rushing through her hair and along her sides. If she has wings, this freedom will come through flight, much like it does for her mother. If she doesn't have wings, she will find it through running as far and as fast as she can.
*Accidents happen ( Or Don't Ground Me) : One day she takes her running/flying too far and gets hurt, making it so she can't do what she likes for a period of time. This makes her restless, angry and prone to outbursts and frustration. She has to heal and learn to deal with doing things differently.
Asra-
*Floriology: Asra spent most of his foalhood watching Tirla and Vatsa exchanging flowers. When he asked one day why they did so, he learned that each flower has a meaning. He was curious and decided he wants to learn and know what each plant means. Starting with flowers, and eventully going on to learn what every plant means.
*Oops, I didn't mean that: (extension of the above) As he is learning, there are bound to be bumps along the way. Asra gathers a bouquet of flowers to give momma and da, with a very specific meaning, but he gathered the wrong plants, with a completely different meaning.
*Foalhood Hijinks: The typical games with siblings and any other foals he meets/ befriends.
*What is this feeling? : An awkward young stallion, Asra doesn't really know much about feelings, and he meets someone he thinks he might be in love with, but he doesn't know if it is or if its simple infatuation.
*Love You/Hate You: The first crush was simply that, a crush. As he starts to learn about feelings he meets someone he has a love/hate relationship with. A relationship that will go through all kinds of ups and downs and eventually lead to a deep abiding true love.

Personality: Dalia - Dalia's personality is the line between aggressive and pleasant. The word for that line? She is courageous. Never one to flee from a challenge, Dalia intends to face the world head on and have all manner of adventures along the way. Not one to be tied down to one person or group, Dalia will show an independent spirit from day one.

Personality:
Callisto - Wily. This mare is clever as a fox - and she knows it. Crafty, scheming, always wanting to get her way. Underneath the outer appearance though is another layer. She is an hopeless romantic. She'll sigh appreciatively at the thought of being in love. Her parents remain her OTP. (Until she'll find her own)
Altair - Altair is dark, brooding ... mysterious. The stallion usually keeps to himself with his goat familiar. Not one to mince words Altair will tell a stranger exactly what he thinks of them. Tact is not Altair's strong suit. Don't expect any kind words from Altair. He'll attempt to soften his words while with family but at times his control slips.

Name: Calantha (f) or Calanthe (m) Means, flower.
Personality:
(Personality will be the same for male or female, winged or not.)
Cala is loving, and wants to do whatever he can, to please those around him. Unfortunately, he does have a short temper. He never stays mad, and is normally overly apologetic once calm again. For those that put up with his outbursts, he will always be very loyal to them. His heart is in the right place. Cala will always surprise mom and pop with flowers, for atonement of having to raise him. ((Even though he's not really that much trouble! He over analyzes how others feel about him.)) Such a simple act of love, that he quickly picked up on when he saw his father give his mother a flower.
As an adult, he will be more in control of his emotions. Anytime he feels himself begin to get frustrated, or mad, he will quietly remove himself from the situation. Cala will be prone to taking long hikes/flights, to clear his mind when it's clouded with rage. He will only be reserved, when he's guarding his emotions and preventing an outburst.
When he's not mad, he will be silly, and full of puns. Telling jokes, and watching others laugh, makes him happy. Cala feels he can make the world a better place, one smile at a time. <3
