Description: Gotta get that high score, right? Use those arcade guns for good!
Goals: Play three rounds of the zombie shooter game, Undying House The Third, Part Four, The Beginning of the End!
Step One: Roll 3d6! Match each dice up with one of the following results!
1. You get no kills. smilies/icon_sad.gif 2. One kill. Not bad! 3-4. two kills, good job! 5. No kills, sorry! 6. Wow, you got three kills! Nice!
Feel free to play as many games as you want!
At the end, tally up how many points you got!
First time doing this quest? Please write a minimum of 200 words for 1 Arcade Token.
Feeling wordy? Go above and beyond the bare minimum for additional tokens! These token bonuses do not stack, so you can't write 100 words to claim 1 token, then add 300 words to claim 2 more tokens.
500 words = 2 Arcade Tokens. 600 words = 3 Arcade Tokens. 700 words = 4 Arcade Tokens. 800 words = 5 Arcade Tokens.

How could she miss twice in a row? That was totally unacceptable. Talking abut games, she was pretty confident in not losing to anyone, especially zombie shooting series like Bio-hazard, Resident Evil, Silent Hill and so on. She didn't touch games for a long while, ever since day zero. It was named that before after that day, all the things changed. It was a turning point for the world as well as people's short lives. Gretel's peaceful student life was forced ended, she had to hide up for weeks and when she reached the mall, so many reinforcement work need her labour power. Picking up the console which looked like a handgun, she cleared her mind and focused on the game. Left and right, she got two down easily. Up and down, another two. Her performance was above average but she failed the last one and thus the game ended. Total: 2+2+0=4 (172)

Was it the headache that affect her vision? No way, she was just not concentrated enough. Too many things happened in a few days, the bandit assault was unprepared, that made them need to find a place to treat the injured. Then the zone one, she didn't want to recall what she saw or heard. The information only made the situation worse, more confusing for her. Gretel pushed her glasses and squinted her grey eyes at the screen. She will try one more time. Total: 4+1+0+0=5 (102)

With a blank face, she pushed the glasses slid down along her nose. It was hard to tell if she was angry since she always looked calm with the resting b***h face. If Gretel smiled liked how she did in the past, they would easily see the difference. However, something took place and she changed. In fact, she was actually anger, about her lame performance. It was her third time but she still missed some targets. Realization of her rigidity was a shame. Gretel was glad she was alone, the Arcade was quiet as it was the midnight. Everyone should be sleeping but she couldn't. She worried about their upcoming fates too much, it might contribute to her poor score. Zone one was a horrible place even she looked indifferent, once she was afraid she could be deaf when her ears glanced over by the bullets. The effect of blood splashed on the screen made she sick - that half-eaten body at the abandoned office STAPLER. It was alive, its eyes followed her when she moved. The smell, she seemed to sniff the strong smell of iron, images of fat and tissues dangling on the jaw, the white bones underneath the fleshes - She put the gun down and leaned against something. Gretel felt nauseous and slightly dizzy. She took a sip of the water she had found, sinking the gore scenes and calmed her heart. She wasn't strong and simply lacked of emotions. Gretel didn't feel strongly about things but it didn't mean she won't scare. Total: 7+1+3+0=11 (127)

Nodding, she looked slightly happy. Her foot tapped against the floor lightly, hand brushed the body of the gun shaped console. She reflected where she could make improvements. First of all, her eyes didn't flicker quickly enough to follow the fast appearance of zombies. As the game moved on, the speed of it would automatically increase, making the game more difficult. The second problem was her reflex didn't match perfectly with her vision. The moment the zombie popped out, her hand took more than one second to pull the trigger. It was an unnecessary waste of time. Reflex or what called coordination of brain and body was essential in survival, she'd better get better in it. The third and last problem was her concentration. Gretel found it hard to focus on purely the game, there were too many things to bother with. The lack of information thus uncertainties followed resulted in anxiety and she feeling unnerving. Total: 11+3+1+2=17 (176)

She shot one down, and them the gun was aiming the second one when she abruptly felt her nose itching. Her face creased for the uncomfortable tingling within her nose, the gun missed a target and more as she was forced to raise her head all natural and she sneezed. The gun hit against the set-up in impact and she was swarmed by hungry zombie and game over. Total: 17+1+0+0=18 (90) Total: 825 words
