[ Step 1 ] Each player must roll 4d10 in their post. Match your dice to the rolls below. RP it out in ANY order.

1. Your character finds a stapler. It doesn't seem very useful. It is still attached to an arm, that has long begun it's final stages of decay. Attached to the bracelet of the arm is a name. "R O R...." the rest is missing.

2. Your character finds boxes and boxes of receipts. It doesn't look very informative.

3. Your character turns the corner and finds one of the undying! They must remain quiet for a bit to avoid being caught. If your character wishes to fight it instead for some reason, the undying has 50 HP and does -5 auto damage.

4. Your character finds a stray cat. It doesn't seem very friendly.

5. Your character notices a strange room. It seems to be locked.

6. Your character notices a foul smell coming from the copier room. You notice that the copier has stopped running, but there are pages and pages of images that surround it. Each one depicts someone being brutally stabbed. It is difficult to look at.

7. Your character notices some booze! Unfortunately it is empty

8. Your character manages to find some loose change. Not very handy.

9. Your character comes across a disgusting sight - a half-eaten body. The smell is repulsive and causes you to involuntarily gag. The half-eaten face's eyeballs are still looking at you, darting back and forth, moving.

10. You come across several rats all clustered together. You don't want to know why.

[ Step 2 ] After your character is done scavenging, simply report your findings to one of the bandits. Your work here is done.

The office building was, for the most alike to Raffin's offices than anywhere else so far - even if the building was, to say the least, a complete and utter mess. Time and attacks had given it wear and tear to a crumbling level, although there were still a great deal of things inside that could possibly be useful.

"Possibly" being the operative word. Raffin wasn't entirely certain, really.

He paced down the hallway, his shoulders tense, posture as slouched as always, more out of habit than anything else. Even after his years spent hunching over a desk, now Raffin spent a lot of time hunching under his desk - or bed, or anywhere else he could fit - just to conceal himself from the undead that kept roaming around. He was nothing if not a good hider, as evidenced by his lack of a weapon currently - it was really the only defensive mechanism that Raffin had, in the long run.

His head was throbbing, eye blazing with pain. So far he hadn't managed to get the swelling down, though at least, after a while, it seemed to settle into a constant low ache, pounding against his skull. Raffin supposed it could have been worse; he could have gotten a hand or a leg chopped off, which would have been terribly inconvenient. Really, in spite of sporting a particularly nasty bruise around his forehead and temple, delving onto his cheek as well and surrounding his eye, he was in pretty good shape.

There was a noise to his left; Raffin twisted around, eyes narrowing slightly as he surveyed his surroundings, every part of him tense in case something decided to leap out at him - and something did, a second later, though thankfully not anything gruesome or terrible.

"Well, what do we have here?"

There was a meow in return, plaintive and annoyed sounding. Raffin crouched down on the ground in front of the cat, knees against his chest, arms resting across the tops of them. It was a pathetic thing its coat was ragged, matted in places, and had probably been a shade of white at some point, but was now so coated in grime and dirt that it was difficult to tell. Yellow eyes stared dolefully out at him, whiskers crooked, and even as Raffin watched it, it gave another loud meow

He stretched out a hand towards it, slow but steady, all of his training indicating that he should be calm and collected when dealing with unknown subjects that could possibly be dangerous. But it was a cat, and he wanted to pet it - that was what you did with cats, wasn't it?

Apparently not. The cat's paw came out of nowhere and smacked him across the back of his hand before darting off again, yowling ungracefully. Raffin hissed through his teeth and stood, shaking out his newly sore hand; clearly that experiment had failed. He'd have take a different route, should he see the cat again, check the variables and make sure that he was getting the best outcome.

There was a flask by his foot. Raffin plucked it up and turned it over hopefully, but the cap was off already and there was nothing in it. The several, scattered beer cans also littering the floor were entirely empty, a few of them practically crushed beyond recognition. It was disappointing; his mouth was dry just thinking of taking a drink of something, even if that something wasn't the water so desperately craved by all.

Raffin kept moving, a sigh passing through his lips.

He was used to reporting findings, and this was no different - except Raffin still, annoyingly, frustratingly, had no clipboard. It was a disappointment, and a large one at that, but he'd settled for scribbling down his notes on the back of what had once been a cereal box at some point in time. It was now flattened and kind of paper-like, even if it wasn't perfect, and Raffin was just making do with what he had.

"I found...three cats," he said, with a sigh that indicated his displeasure at this. "Three cats and two flasks, as well as multiple amounts of beer cans, but none were full, and alas, the overall raid was an unfortunate mishap. There seems to be nothing of use inside the offices, and I would deem this particular experiment - I mean scenario a failure."

He set the cereal box down, tucked it beneath his arm, gave a nod of respect to the bandit, and then scurried out.
