Ace bounced lightly on her feet as she looked over the cardio area for a moment. Last time she had been here she had failed to do anything good and had in fact hurt herself while trying to work out. However she was going to try it again and hopefully do much better this time around. With that in mind she started to stretch and try to avoid making the same mistakes as last time. She kept her breathing steady as she warmed up and took it slower this time. After a few minutes of warming up she slowly came to a stop and let out a breath.
She took stalk of what she felt like and to her relief she not only didn't feel sore like last time, she felt better then she thought she would! A small grin flitted across her face and she moved over to pick out some equipment.
