Personality:
xxxNimbus is an extremely studious, easily considered a perfect example for a scholar if he did not have such a strong want to put his knowledge to use. He always looks for ways to do just that and even if it is in the simplest way he still enjoys that he managed to do it. He’s constantly on the search for new things to learn in an effort to explain and exercise his mind. With such a hungry and endless search for new knowledge it is extremely easy for him to get wrapped up in whatever he is doing and lose track of time. It is bad enough sometimes he has to set alarms for himself through the day to be sure he gets to classes or other important events.
xxxThere is no wish stronger in his heart that to be able to help others, yet he is hesitant to share much of himself with anyone. A handful of bad experience coupled with his own deep insecurities about himself make it hard for him to really trust anyone enough to give up that much of himself to them. Preferring to keep everyone at a clean cut professional distance from himself. It can make it difficult with how social his kind is, but he has become rather good at faking it over the years, no matter how uncomfortable it makes him.
xxxWhen he can make the choice himself he actually prefers to spend a lot of time by himself simply reading. Though it can lead to him getting extremely lonely, while still being unwilling to reach out for anyone for help.
Strengths:Intelligent: Gifted intellectually he has a high capacity to absorb and retain new information. As well as having an excellent skill with problem solving.
Observative: Quick to pick up on what might be wrong with or affecting others he often prides himself in his sharp eyes. Anything from picking up on emotions to physical problems.
Curious: Never able to get enough information about the world around him there is never a time when he is NOT curious about something or another. The subject matter does not often even matter to him. Everything can hold interest, and thus value in trying at least once.
Weaknesses: Insecure: No matter how smart he may be he feels a constant need to prove himself. Not confident in himself or the image he puts off to others. It can end up in him becoming extremely defensive or even outright aggressive when someone insists he is wrong about something or points out a failure.
Stoic: It can be a hard task for others to get to know him, due to his stoic nature it is challenging to tell what he is feeling none the less what he might be thinking.
Prickly: Due to a rather grumpy attitude he holds about himself it is not unusual to get him annoyed with you very quickly. There are many reasons he pushes people away by being abrasive, and often it is because they make him feel uncomfortable or anxious for one reason or another.
Middle ground:Soft-Hearted: While he has the capacity to feel sympathy and compassion deeply for his fellow nightmares. It also makes many things hard on him when trying to form new bonds with his peers. Causing him to often shut himself off from others emotionally.

HobbiesReading: Absolutely any text he can get his hands on he will read. Even it requires him to start learning other languages to expand the amount of books that he is able to read.
Gardening: With the path he wishes to take in his life he actually puts a lot of time and effort into learning and refining his magic. And one of his favorites is of course, natural magics. Often using it to help him feel useful herbal plants around. He finds it calming as well as rewarding.
Testing himself: While it might not seem like much of a hobby he often enjoys to push himself to see what he is capable. Though it can result in him exhausting himself on accident.
