i've taken ideas from past years, other people's applications. credit is given where i could remember/find whose idea it was
Affiliates! : Send PMs to other guilds/roleplays/shops asking to be affiliates. Send updates as needed.
Insider Thread : Something like a monthly newsletter for people not in the guild to see what we've got going on. Perfect chance to answer questions, be personable. Can build off 14Mushroom's ask the staff idea!
Mini-Comic : Closer to the date of the ball, we could work with the art/plot committee to come up with a mini-comic.
Social Media : Tumblr, Twitter, Facebook, other stuff. If we can get some hashtags going, that would be amazing.
Mini-RP Prequel : In the weeks leading up to the roleplay, have a mini-roleplay hinting at the theme, and other such events. (14Mushrooms)
Art Freebie Thread : Continuous, low-stress thread where artists can pop in and out.
Bump Thread : a thread with the goal of reaching 1mil bumps by the time the AURB opens. Prizes can be given out for different mile stones.
Roleplay Mentorship : The AURB is a roleplaying event. Let's help encourage new roleplayers instead of just throwing them out there into what can be an intimidating thing.

Information Thread : Just a general overview of the AURB. Similar to what we've had in years past. Perhaps set bumping goals to keep it active and towards the top.
Walk-In Roleplay : Totally different than the Monthly Events, but we can totally work with them. Find some sort of a setting (maybe something to do with the End of the World) and maybe have a few set events every now and again.
